The chapter begins with a TV program titled "Who was Tomura Shigaraki?" which saw a reporter asking people on the street what they thought of Shigaraki. While some people thought he was scary, others thought of him as a murderer.

My Hero Academia chapter 427 spoilers also saw the old lady who ignored Tenko in the past wonder why the villain couldn't just stop. Another man expressed that he did not think Shigaraki would become such a huge threat. The program ended with a shot of the wreckage as everything hadn't been rebuilt yet.
