My Hero Academia finale: Spoilers show a glimpse of Todoroki, Bakugo, and Deku’s lives 8 years after the battle
The first half of the chapter focused on the likes of Dai and the future generation. In fact, one student even told him that he wouldn’t become a hero because of his Quirk. With all this going on in the chapter, it soon indicated that a time skip had taken place. The events that were being shown in the spoilers were now years after the battle.
One thing that we know is that Deku no longer possesses the One For All Quirk in the animanga series. While many would have had a tough time coping with something like this, Deku was quite content with his role in life. It turns out that Deku is no longer a hero. He has done his part as one, and he now wants to explore a new chapter in life.
Izuku Midroya is a teacher at U.A., and he seems to be doing a great job. He has got all the characteristics of a hero, and aspiring heroes can certainly learn a thing or two from him. He is a great mentor and the perfect candidate to mold the next generation. His interaction with Dai gave fans a glimpse into his outlook on things as a teacher.
Meanwhile, Shoto Todoroki and Bakugo Katsuki continued being heroes. It seemed like the latter didn’t change all that much. Aizawa showed a video of Bakugo yelling at one of the bystanders for staying too close and filming him. Both of them were concerned about his ratings taking a hit. On the other hand, Todoroki turned out to be an incredible hero whose ratings have the potential to surpass the likes of Mt. Lady.
It was nice to see that Todoroki was no longer being referred to as Endeavor’s son. The spoilers from the My Hero Academia finale showed that he has really come into his own, and citizens are slowly recognizing his efforts. With these two heroes and Deku as the teacher, one can say that society is in safe hands for the next couple of decades.
