In that regard, the final pages of the chapter show her crying about the memory of Himiko Toga, which hints at the latter dying, and Deku arrives, ending with the cliffhanger of them about to have a conversation.

Considering that there are only two more chapters left in the manga, most fans have assumed that Deku and Ochaco are going to confess to each other, and is easy to understand why. This is the first time they have the opportunity in the epilogue to talk on their own and, considering that there are only two chapters left, this is probably the final moment they are going to share.

It has been shown time and time again that they have a romantic interest in one another, which could have its conclusion here. There were doubts in some sections of the fandom that Deku and Ochaco were not going to have a moment to close the romance arc but now that could change in chapter 429.
