My Hero Academia chapter 418 has been recently renamed from "Meek Spirits" to "From Midoriya to Shimura." This chapter revealed that All For One had planned Tomura Shigaraki's tragic origin and was pulling the strings all along. Hence, this new title seems to refer to the character's true nature as Tenko Shimura.
Deku and Shigaraki have been two of the main driving forces in My Hero Academia, and author Kohei Horikoshi always emphasizes how they are opposite forces. In that regard, this change in chapter 418's title can put a bit more focus on how one character connects to the other.

My Hero Academia chapter 418's new title is a nod to Deku and Shigaraki
As mentioned, chapter 418 of the manga changed from "Meek Spirits" to "From Midoriya to Shimura." The chapter is about the moment Kohei Horikoshi reveals that All For One orchestrated Tomura Shigaraki's trauma in his childhood and the nature of his Quirk. It also sets up the events of the final battle and gives more details of who Shigaraki is, which would prove pivotal in the heroes' victory.
This title not only emphasizes Deku and Shigaraki's relevance in the story as opposite forces but also how they found common ground when facing All For One. Furthermore, using the Shimura last name is a sign of Horikoshi referring to Shigaraki as his Tenko self, his true identity.
All these factors play a major role in focusing on Tenko as a character and how the Shigaraki self resulted from All For One's manipulations and lies. It is an interesting title that highlights the connection between this antagonist and the story's main character.
The importance of Deku and Shigaraki's relationship
There is no denying that Deku and Shigaraki are two major components in the My Hero Academia manga, and that is because of the way their arcs were constructed. Author Kohei Horikoshi focused greatly on their growth and becoming a hero and a villain, thus drawing some comparisons between them.
The most obvious similarity is not only their goal to protect (Deku) and destroy (Shigaraki) but also how their teachers, All Might and All For One, have been waging war on one another for decades. Then there is the element that Shigaraki was left to his own devices and was groomed by All For One while Deku gained All Might's trust and got the support he never had.
At the end of the story, both characters conclude their final battle with clear motivations and values, and Deku ends up respecting Shigaraki. That is shown in the epilogue when Deku visits Spinner to tell him Tomura's final words, thus showing the degree of respect he has for the antagonist.
