With Kurogiri's assistance, she spreads her body doubles across the battle sites. To avenge Twice's death, she also teleports to the Gunga Villa site with Kurogiri’s warp, where she aims to take down Hawks.

My Hero Academia season 7 episode 15 opening events: Spinner awakens Kurogiri as Shoji stops the heteromorph riot
My Hero Academia season 7 episode 15 begins with Spinner leading the heteromorph rioters to the hospital to free Kurogiri. A flashback reveals that AFO entrusted Spinner with a recorder containing his and Shigaraki’s voices, instructing him to use it to awaken Kurogiri. Meanwhile, the rioters witness hospital staff protecting patients.
Seeing this, they recall Shoji’s earlier words, causing them to reconsider their methods for enacting change. Spinner eventually reaches Kurogiri’s room, believing he has finally achieved something meaningful. However, he soon realizes that his followers have abandoned him.
Present Mic then arrives, informing Spinner that Shoji successfully stopped the rioters. Present Mic's attack halts Spinner's advance and destroys the recorder, leaving Spinner disheartened.
A brief flashback shows the moments leading up to the present, revealing how the heteromorph rioters finally began to reflect on Shoji's words. Shoji, also moved by the change in their mood, reassures them that their efforts to bring about change will spread and eventually bear fruit.
Despite the PLF advisor's attempt to incite the crowd one last time, Shoji’s powerful words have already taken root, and the riot is quelled. With the situation under control, the heroes shift their focus to stopping Spinner.
Back in the present, Spinner, feeling the weight of possible failure, reflects on his past, recalling memories with the League members and Shigaraki. Just as Present Mic prepares to launch another attack, Spinner makes a desperate move. He rushes to Kurogiri and places one of Shigaraki’s hands on Kurogiri’s face, pleading with him to go help Shigaraki and the others.

In My Hero Academia season 7 episode 15, Present Mic launches a desperate attack, calling out Shirakumo’s name. While Spinner collapses, Kurogiri awakens, reaffirming his loyalty to Shigaraki. He opens warp gates to aid the League members and thus joins the final war.
The narrative briefly shifts to the USA, where a newscaster protests against their government’s controversial decision to side with Shigaraki and AFO.
Meanwhile, at the Kamino site, Shoto and his allies are shocked by Dabi's intensified flames as he replicates Shoto’s Phosphor. Knowing his body is reaching its limit, Dabi prepares to confront Endeavor. Despite Shoto's efforts to stop him, Kurogiri arrives and offers to teleport Dabi to Endeavor’s location.
In My Hero Academia season 7 episode 15, the focus shifts to the Coffin in the Sky site, where Monoma, despite the challenging weather conditions, remains determined to fulfill his role as the heroes continue their fight against Shigaraki. Suddenly, Kurogiri appears behind them with Present Mic.
At the Gunga Villa site, AFO declares that Spinner has completed his mission, and Kurogiri’s warp gate opens, bringing Dabi and Twice’s body doubles. While AFO notes that Twice’s death gave Toga a new purpose, Hawks declares the need to stop Twice’s doubles before they overwhelm the heroes.

In the ending scenes of My Hero Academia season 7 episode 15, the focus shifts to Okuto Island, where Tsuyu and Ochako confront Himiko Toga. Ochako saves Tsuyu from Toga’s attack, and they counter her concealment using sensory-type heroes.
Gang Orca and others also subdue most villains and the Near High-End Nomu. Seeing the battle turn in the heroes' favor, Toga decides to use Twice’s blood, but Tsuyu breaks the container. Revealing it was only a decoy, she drinks Twice’s blood and unleashes Sad Man’s Parade as Kurogiri’s warp gate opens.
Toga plans to eliminate Hawks and other heroes by dispersing her doubles across battlefields. As she enters the warp gate, Ochako tries to stop her, mentioning they haven’t had their girl talk about love yet.
Though disappointed, Toga leaves, wishing they had the chance to have that conversation. The episode concludes with Hawks realizing Toga has used Twice’s blood, as the doubles pour out and AFO declares the villains will have the last laugh.
