My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19 was released on September 29, 2024, and after a very long time, the production team of the anime series included some anime-original scenes. The anime excluded some scenes that could be included in the future episode that would fit better than the current episode because this episode was entirely centered around Dabi and his family.
However, somewhat expected, the anime couldn't match the feeling of the source because of censoring the Todoroki family's last-minute fight to death. Moreover, the art style of the episode and the overall background theme also took away the dark feel of the fight, but Dabi's beautiful character design was enough to divert the attention from such flaws.

Comparing My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19 to its chapters
My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19: All Might and a Throwback to his golden days
My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19, titled I Am Here, adapts the remaining chapter 385, chapters 286-89, and chapter 390 before the final panel (which was released as a preview for the next episode). The episode commenced with the report from Dabi's battlefield as the rising temperature at that point was becoming so dangerous that it could burn a part of Japan.
My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19 then shifted to Todoriki and Iida who were helplessly standing confused about what to do next. Moreover, All for One was also on his way towards TomurAFO, and the heroes' hopes were down in the dumps. Suddenly, out of nowhere, All Might encouraged Iida to take Todoroki to his brother for a final match and leave All for One to him.
The few seconds of All Might's speech were somewhat of a throwback to his days as the Symbol of Peace because he was there whenever someone needed something, and the same happened currently in the final war.
After returning home to the battlefield, All Might shouted his iconic lines, I Am HERE, before the demon lord, showing the world that he still had it in him to defeat the demon lord. The former Symbol of Peace had a few tools that could help him divert the attention of All for One.
My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19: The Reunion of the Todoroki Family
My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19 then returned to the Gunga Villa site. Endeavor heard the news of his son about to explode and thought to himself how he was holding his flames inside since the battle started. Dabi then jumped onto him and as he touched Dabi, he felt that his son had also awakened his mother's quirk which the Pro Hero associated with Dabi's near-death experience.
Feeling like a sinner once again, Endeavor decided to take Dabi's body, which was a timebomb, to the skies and protect Japan from exploding. However, Rei appeared out of nowhere and used her fierce quirk to calm Dabi's flames. Natsuo and the other Todoroki siblings also appeared and all of them apologized to their brother for neglecting him.
The panel where Dabi was reunited with his family showcased a grey feeling rather than a happy one because this broke him from the inside. For the first time in his life, he was the center of attention and for all the wrong reasons. On the other hand, Shoto was rushing towards Gunga Site with Iida's hyperactive engine. As they reached the battlefield, Iida fell and Shoto started running.
Before this fight started, the chapter skipped a conversation between Mr Compress and one of his colleagues which could be animated in future episodes. As Shoto reached Dabi, he used a new variant of his Flashfire Fist titled the Great Glacial Aegir. Moreover, after delivering his move, Shoto admitted that his flames were nowhere near as strong as Toya's.
However, the last part of My Hero Academia season 7 episode 19 was what could have toned down the entire feel of the episode. In the manga series, everyone was gravely injured, which was shown through their character designs. However, the manga censored the injuries and just showcased the Todoroki family as tired. Dabi's body was showcased as a shrunken skeleton due to his actions.
