My Hero Academia's Katsuki Bakugo is everyone's favourite hot-headed and extremely driven teenage Hero. Starting as an antagonistic person, life at U.A. High and the ensuing experiences, changed him for the better. He grew to be more mature and supportive but yet retained his aggressive and headstrong personality.
As the series reveals, he had grave suspicions about Izuku Midoriya's Quirk, One For All (OFA). It did not take very long for him to find out the truth, which made him compete even more fiercely with the Deku. But there was a point when the Bakugo received the same Quirk, albeit briefly. In My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, Katsuki Bakugo receives OFA during the final battle against Nine.

My Hero Academia: Bakugo wields One For All
As mentioned, Katsuki Bakugo receives OFA during the final showdown against the Villain Nine in My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising. This was the second movie of the popular franchise and surprised fans when it explored Bakugo's potential to wield OFA. Needless to say, Bakugo with OFA was as impressive as it was stunning.
During Act Four, titled Rising, Bakugo and Midoriya were the only ones left standing against Nine. Equipped with a major power boost, the villain made quick of the two budding Heroes using the plethora of Quirks under his belt. A desperate gamble by Midoriya leads to him transferring OFA to Bakugo. This allows him to break through Nine's grip and make one last stand.
Infuriated and heating up, Nine attempts to go in for the kill, summoning an absurdly large storm on the little island. The gale force was strong enough to rock the entire infrastructure of the island. Bakugo and Midoriya unleashed whatever they had in the tank through a Full Cowl - 100% and used a doubly powered Detroit Smash to deal with the tornado.
What followed was a destructive and lengthy battle between Nine and the two young Heroes. It ended when Bakugo and Midoriya combined their powers - Explosion Quirk complimenting a St. Louis Smash at 100% - to neutralize the threat for good. Bakugo and Midoriya both passed out after and the Quirk returned to the latter, depicting it as a temporary exchange.
But that led to questions linking Bakugo's potential use of OFA in the main story, i.e., the manga. Those questions bubbled throughout till the story ended in chapter 430. Bakugo did not relive the same moment again and Midoriya lost his Quirk during the final fight with Tomura Shigaraki. But many were intrigued witnessing Bakugo wield OFA and spun countless theories on it.
Some fans opine that the transfer was incomplete which is why the Quirk left Bakugo's body once the fight ended. Others opine that OFA's residue yet remains within the blonde and he might be able to call upon the power when needed. But the idea that Bakugo might OFA again whenever cheapens his recent fights, implying he could've won them easily.
Final Thoughts
Bakugo wielding OFA and fighting alongside Midoriya was definitely a sight to see. The breathtaking animation from Studio Bones elevated each of the scenes from the final fight and made it all the more impactful. Bakugo's look during a Full Cowl - 100% was also unique, a teaser we received just before his death when his Quirk evolved.
Nonetheless, Bakugo proved to be quite an impressive wielder of the Quirk. Despite having it temporarily, he showed quickness in adapting to the weight and strain it placed on his body. Even though he did all this on a rush of adrenaline, it was still majestic. It likely also pulled him closer to Midoriya, adding a little depth to their relationship having shared the boy's power.
