My Wife Has No Emotion episode 1, titled 'An Appliance Became My Wife,' introduced fans to Takuma and his housekeeping robot Mina. Takuma had purchased the second-hand robot to finish his chores. Even though Mina was a robot, Takuma liked someone looking after him. Hence, he jokingly asked her to become his wife. Upon seeing Mina's reaction, Takuma retracted from the proposal but soon noticed a change in Mina's actions.

As time passed, Takuma realized that Mina had actually assumed the role of his wife upon his request. Hence, he became anxious, hoping to find out if Mina actually liked him or if it was just a hidden function of the robot.

My Wife Has No Emotion episode 2 will be titled I Went Outdoors with My Wife. As indicated by the preview images and the title of the next episode, Takuma and Mina would go out on a date. The previous episode saw Takuma tease her wife regarding this outing so he could make considerable progress with her this way.

The preview images show both of them visiting an aquarium and other places as Takuma tries his best to invoke some feelings inside her robot companion. The preview images also show an image where Mina is holding a ring, which could be offered by Takuma. with a sparkly look on her.
