The One Piece series has sparked many discussions surrounding the power dynamics within the Straw Hat crew, which serves as the main driver of the story. Although the main trio, including Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji, have become some of the strongest pirates currently sailing the seas, the same cannot be said about the rest of the crew.
Nami is one such character who currently has the means to climb to a very high level in terms of purely destructive power, simply due to Zeus, who is currently serving Nami. Given the recent revelations about Vegapunk being able to create cloud islands and the world's eventual flood, it can be deduced that Nami's role in the future might become one of the most integral, alongside Zeus, who might aid to a large degree in the defeat of Imu and the elders.

One Piece: Nami might become powerful enough to oppose Uranus
The Egghead Island arc centered around Vegapunk and his island was arguably one of the most lore-heavy arcs of the series, serving as the origin as well as confirmation of numerous fan theories around Devil Fruits and the One Piece world's main catastrophe, the flood.
While Vegapunk was eliminated by the World Government, his satellites managed to regain consciousness. They took away the Cloud Plant that was serving as the source of cloud islands, anticipating that the clouds would become humanity's hope of survival once the flood actually arrived.
Weatheria, the Sky Island that became Nami's training grounds following the events of Saboady Archipelago, where Bartolomeo Kuma teleported every single Straw Hat, is the only practical example of civilization among the clouds. Weatheria is an artificially created Sky Island floating in the sky with a small group of scientist constantly working on their research around weather.
Although the flood mentioned in the story has been established as an eventuality, Vegapunk emphasized his belief in humanity's innovation as well as technological wisdom, which will ensure their survival.
Vegapunk also contacted Haredas, a Weatheria resident and Nami's mentor, soon after retrieving the Cloud Plant. It is possible that Vegapunk's next course of action may be to create a fleet of Cloud Islands alongside Haredas, someone who has already worked on artificial sky islands in order to save humanity.
The world government, run by Imu, has access to the Uranus with which Lulusia was eradicated. Haredas and Vegapunk's plan to create Cloud Islands to save humanity will thus eventually be met by Imu using Uranus to resolve the issue.
Nami's association with Weatheria, along with a much weakened Zeus currently residing in Nami's climatact as well as Weatheria's lack of defense systems, implies that Nami will make Zeus combine with the new Sky Islands to serve as a fleet of islands for humanity while also using Zeus' lighting to somehow counter Uranus.
Zeus and Nami's relationship has been very rocky ever since Zeus tried to betray Nami and return to Big Mom. However, the upcoming flood might see Zeus redeem his character alongside Nami's character growth to serve as humanity's hope by merging with the big cloud islands. Zeus merging with a Sky Island will also serve the Straw Hat crew since it'd later help them take down the Marie Geoise from the skies.
Final thoughts
The manga has entered a two-week-long break following the release of chapter 1130, with One Piece chapter 1131 scheduled for November 10, 2024.
Given that the weather around Elbaf itself has been established as very chaotic, along with the lack of any functional power-up in the Straw Hat crew, with the exception of Luffy, Zoro, and Jinbei, it is possible that characters like Usopp and Nami may go through some kind of a training arc in Elbaf to gain even a decent amount of strength.
