Narenare: Cheer for You episode 1 will air on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at 11:45 p.m. JST. The broadcast will air on TV Tokyo and other Japanese television networks, and Crunchyroll will stream it worldwide, while being adapted by the studio P.A. Works.

The vast majority of this season is going to focus on a group of six high school girls who all have very different interests and hobbies. However, whenever any of them have a special event regarding their hobbies, the rest show up to show support, thus serving as a way to celebrate friendship and also working as a coming-of-age story.

This P.A. Works production is an anime-original series and there isn't a lot of information at the moment regarding the plot beyond the synopsis that has been promoted on social media. However, there are a couple of major plot points that have already been displayed.

The story takes place in high school and focuses on six young girls who all have their own interests and hobbies. As the story progresses, they all happen to go through specific ordeals regarding their hobbies, but their support for one another plays a major role as they go through these challenges.

The series is meant to celebrate the friendship between close ones and also serve as a coming-of-age story for these young ladies.

It is difficult to predict what is going to happen in the first episode of the series, since there isn't any source material to go by.
