Naruto fans blown away by the 7th Hokage rewriting his own destiny after latest Boruto spoilers

The Boruto series' severe lack of focus on Naruto has always been a huge point of discussion within the fandom. This is especially impactful due to many current Boruto fans being fans of the original Naruto series.

The Baryon Mode and the ex-protagonist's fight against Isshiki did manage to satisfy many complaints from fans. The Chapter 13 sneak peek and spoilers suggest that the former protagonist simply defies fate with his will, and has managed to rekindle fans' respect for the character.

The overall relevance of Naruto and Sasuke in the narrative of the Boruto series has always been a point of contention within the fandom. While many fans believed that the Seventh Hokage's fight against Isshiki solidified his relevance, many detested the decision to sideline him at the hands of Kawaki later in the story.

However, recent sneak peeks reveal the conversation between Kashin Koji and Boruto, leading many fans to revisit the Seventh Hokage's actions. Kashin Koji confirmed that the Seventh Hokage was supposed to lose and die to Isshiki, even after using Baryon Mode, according to the other timelines he peered into using his technique.

However, the Seventh Hokage's ability to overpower Isshiki in the current timeline managed to alter events to a great degree. The reason why this timeline ended up being so different is not yet known, but it has solidified the 7th Hokage as someone who defied his destiny without any external help.

Many fans have expressed that, contrary to previous misconceptions, the ex-protagonist's character remained consistent in the Boruto series due to his ability to defy his fate through his own actions.

"This makes so much sense, even momoshiki says that the "gods" have changed fate so many times that the story since og Naruto, has never been just one straight line, there's a universe where the villains actually succeed." One fan said.

"Most recent boruto chapter literally changed everything, Uzumaki clan on f**** top baby." Another fan said.

A few other fans have also expressed that the recent trend of underestimating the ex-protagonist's actual abilities should be stopped, and his place as one of the hardest-working protagonists should not be forgotten. Some fans have even started crediting Kawaki for the ex-protagonist's survival.
