Nishimura found a small finger that the crow had dropped. Natsume visited him at night and asked him to safeguard the finger. This interaction took place every night and Natsume asked him to keep this a secret.

Natsume was suspicious of Nishimura’s behavior. It wasn’t Natsume who visited Nishimura, but a powerful Yokai. One night, the Yokai disguised as Natsume asked him to join him for a walk. They entered an abandoned building and Nishimura attached the finger to a doll that was present there. However, he was horrified because the doll came to life.

He ran as fast as he could until he collided with the wall and nearly fell off the stairs. Natsume and Madara followed the Yokai and saved Nishimura from getting hurt even further. The episode ended with Natsume and Madara resolving this issue, hoping to bring back the bright smile that Nishimura was known for.
