The Bad Girls anime has been confirmed this Friday, with the information that studio Bridge will be in charge of making this production. This news was confirmed through the anime's official website with a visual of the main cast in the upcoming adaptation.

There is still no information regarding a release date for the Bad Girls anime and little information about the voice cast, music, and much more. However, it was confirmed that Takeshi Furuta will be the director, and Yūki Morimoto will be the head of the character designs, among other members of the personnel.

It was recently confirmed that the Bad Girls anime will take place as the production's official website has just aired and revealed the first visual of the adaptation, featuring the main cast. The manga, written by Nikumaru, has only three published volumes since starting publication in 2021 as of this writing, although the fourth one is due to come out on July 25, 2024.

There isn't much information at the moment regarding the project, and a release date has not even been rumored as of this writing. Some of the most important facts include Bridge as the studio in charge, Takeshi Furuta as the director, Yūki Morimoto as the character designer, and Arisa Okehazama in charge of the music.

The Bad Girls anime will adapt the manga, which has the interesting element of being a four-panel series per page, thus having a very peculiar approach to storytelling. However, the actual premise of the series is a comedy centered around high school life with four female characters.

Yu Yutani is the protagonist, who is starting high school and has a reputation and track record of being a well-behaved girl. However, as she develops an interest in the school's disciplinary committee chairman, Atori Mizutori, she decides to behave as a "bad girl" to get her attention, thus kick-starting a series of hilarious events.

Considering the structure of the manga, there is no certainty of how many episodes the first season of the Bad Girls anime will have.
