On Sunday, September 28, 2024, the official staff at the Krew BeInside live stream program announced the release date for Bleach TYBW part 3, titled The Conflict. Along with the announcement, the staff shared a teaser promotional video, featuring an exciting battle sequence between Ywach and Ichibei Hyosube.

Earlier, on July 7, 2024, the anime's staff streamed the official trailer for Bleach TYBW part 3 at Anime Expo 2024. While the Krew BeInside show didn't stream another PV, it teased the animation quality for the series' third installment.

Notably, the upcoming part is a sequel to the previous installment, which aired 13 episodes from July 2023 to September 2023. The series is based on Bleach manga's Thousand-Year Blood War arc, which centers around the Quincy invasion in Soul Society.


Bleach TYBW part 3 new Yhwach vs. Ichibei teaser confirms the October 5, 2024, release date

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, the official YouTube channel for Shonen Jump held the Krew BeInside program to reveal information about Bleach TYBW part 3 and Bleach: Rebirth of Souls video game.

Masakazu Morita (VA for Ichigo Kurosaki), Ryotaro Okiyaku (VA for Byakuya Kuchiki), Fumiko Orisaka (VA for Rukia Kuchiki), Tite Kubo (author), and later, Yoshihiro Tominaga, the producer for cour 3, were present at the program.

Toward the end of the live stream, host Chiaki Matsuzawa shared a short teaser revealing that Bleach TYBW part 3 will air its episodes every Saturday, on TV Tokyo and its affiliated channels from 11 pm JST, starting October 5, 2024. Additionally, the show will be available on streaming services including Lemino, DMM TV, Disney+, d Anime Store, and Hulu, at 12 am JST, from October 6, 2024.

Notably, the teaser showcased Ichibe Hyosube's Futen Taisatsuryo (Magnificent Death Mausoleum), which he uses against Yhwach in Bleach TYBW part 3's opening scene.

The short clip showcased Studio Pierrot's new subsidiary studio, Pierrot Film's production prowess as the camera angles move in a dynamic way to heighten the scene's appeal. The scene also teased Yhwach's survival, since the previous installment saw the Manako Osho decimating the Quincy King.

During the event, Yoshihiro Tominaga and Tite Kubo also discussed Ichibei's Bankai, and how the production team captured Kubo's vision for the anime adaptation. Likewise, the event shared the rough storyboards for Ichibei's Futen Taisatsuryo, drawn by Tite Kubo.

Notably, the author has been actively involved in the anime's production team since cour 1. The upcoming sequel will showcase more anime original content, supervised by Tite Kubo.


Cast and staff for Bleach TYBW part 3

Masakazu Morita returns to the series as Ichigo Kurosaki, with Yuki Matsuoka as Orihime Inoue, Yasumoto Hiroki as Chad, Fumiko Orikasa as Rukia Kuchiki, Kentaro Ito as Renji, Takayuki Sugo as Yhwach, Noriaki Sugiyama as Uryu, Ryotaro Okiyaku as Byakuya Kuchiki, and others.

Murata Hikaru replaces Tomohisa Taguchi as the series director at Pierrot Films, while the latter is now credited as the general director/manager. Tomohisa Taguchi is also the series composer with Masaki Hiramatsu. Masashi Kudo is the character designer, while Shiro Sagisu returns as the music composer.
