Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 sneak peek previews Himawari using Tailed Beast Bomb
On June 14, the official website of the Naruto franchise released the preview illustration for the upcoming Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11. The manga chapter is set to be released on Friday, June 21, 2024, in Shueisha's V Jump super-sized August edition.
The manga's previous chapter saw Jura successfully trap Himawari within a Wood-Style enclosure. Seeing this enraged Inojin Yamanaka as he attacked the God Tree with a Super Beast scroll jutsu. When that did not work, Inojin himself attacked Jura. Unfortunately, Jura easily took down Inojin and impaled him with another Wood-Style Jutsu.
Seeing Inojin get brutally injured not only shocked everyone but also enraged Himawari, allowing her to tap into Kurama's chakra. With that, the kunoichi broke out of the Wood-Style entrapment and went after the God Tree, hoping to rescue Inojin.
While fans were hoping to see Himawari in action using her newly acquired Kurama chakra, they did not expect her to be able to use the Tailed Beast Bomb so early in the manga. Fans expected her to use the Kurama chakra to amplify her Tainjutsu, hence, the Tailed Beast Bomb was a surprise.
From the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 11 preview illustration, it also seems like Himawari has the upper hand in the battle, as Jura can be seen with his feet up in the air. The God Tree might have been illustrated this way to depict that he is set to be hurled away by the Kurama chakra user.
Nevertheless, God Tree Jura is seemingly calm and can be seen charging up his Tailed Beast Bomb with his right eye. Fans should also note that the ground beneath Himawari has cracked up, hinting that the battle has either gone on for too long or Himawari's powers are too destructive.
