On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, the official website of the Naruto franchise unveiled the second sneak peek preview for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 12. The preview illustration depicts Boruto, Sarada, and others waiting for Hidari as a Shinobi detects the God Tree's return from the Claw Marks.

The previous chapter saw Himawari gaining access to Kurama chakra and healing Inojin. Right after, she began fighting Jura. Elsewhere, Hidari attacked Sarada to devour her. Just as both Himawari and Sarada were set to get defeated, Boruto rescued both of them by using his Flying Raijin Jutsu.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 12 sneak peek hints at Boruto teaming up with Hidden Leaf Shinobi

On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, the official website of the Naruto franchise released the second sneak peek for the upcoming Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 12. The manga chapter will be published on Saturday, July 20, 2024, in Shueisha's V Jump super-sized September edition.

The manga's previous chapter saw Boruto rescue Himawari Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha from God Trees Jura and Hidari. He first rescued his sister from Jura and then used Flying Raijin jutsu to reach Sarada's location where he cut Hidari's arm to free his friend.

As hinted at by the developments, fans expected Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 12 to feature Boruto vs. Hidari. The same was further hinted at by the manga chapter's first sneak peek preview. The sneak peek saw Boruto blocking Hidari's attack and blowing him away using Wind Release: Breakthrough.

Fortunately, with the release of the second sneak peek preview, the manga gave fans a better idea of what is set to happen in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 12.

As evident from the sneak peek preview, following Boruto's confrontation with Hidari, the God Tree is set to teleport somewhere else. During this, Boruto is set to ask Konohamaru to concentrate as failing to do so could get him killed. Soon after, one of the Shinobi with Konohamaru warns Boruto, Sarada Uchiha, Sumire Kakei, and Konohamaru Sarutobi about a chakra reaction he had detected from the Claw Marks.

Boruto asks the Shinobi to calm down and tell him where the chakra is coming from. Unfortunately, the Shinobi was left confused as he could detect it from all over the place. Right after, Hidari's head could be seen emerging from within a claw mark that was next to Boruto. Fortunately, the protagonist spotted it instantly.
