Crunchyroll brings Solo Leveling season 2, Dr. Stone final season, and other Winter 2025 anime to India

On Saturday, December 14, 2024, Crunchyroll informed Sportskeeda Anime via email correspondence about its Winter 2025 lineup in India. The streaming platform announced 26 new anime, including Solo Leveling season 2, Dr. Stone: Science Future, and others that will be available on the service.

Crunchyroll's efforts to expand its market in India have been evident with its increasing anime screenings. The streaming platform has organized several events, allowing fans to meet with anime voice cast members, and more. But something fans appreciate the most is its huge anime library, allowing fans to watch new anime as closely as when aired in Japan.

Crunchyroll announces Winter 2025 anime calendar for India

On Saturday, December 14, 2024, Crunchyroll announced its Winter 2025 anime lineup for India featuring 26 new anime. Out of the new 26 anime, only 23 have a release date, meanwhile, the others are yet to announce the same.

On top of that, 17 anime among them are set to receive dubs, with nine of them set to feature regional dubs, such as Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. That said, the streaming platform cannot confirm the release dates for the dubbed episodes, but only the English-subtitled episodes.

With the Winter 2025 anime season still about half a month away, more titles could be announced. But until then, Crunchyroll has announced the premiere dates for the following anime:

While almost all anime in the above anime calendar are new, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- season 3 will only be resuming its release which has already begun airing in the Fall 2024 anime season. The anime is set to take a break and resume airing in February.

In addition, there are three other new anime set to premiere as part of the Winter 2025 anime calendar. However, they are yet to receive a release date.

The anime are as follows:

Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- (A-1 Pictures); Dubs: English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu
Blue Exorcist -The Blue Night Saga- (Studio VOLN)
Even Given the Worthless "Appraiser" Class, I'm Actually the Strongest (Okuruto Noboru)

Lastly, as fans may remember, not all anime that began premiering in the Fall 2024 anime season will finish airing in the same season. Hence, those anime are set to continue airing on Crunchyroll in the Winter 2025 anime season.
