Crunchyroll brings Tower of God Season 2, Wistoria: Wand and Sword, and other Summer 2024 anime to India

On Friday, June 21, 2024, Crunchyroll informed Sportskeeda via email correspondence about the anime they are set to bring to India as part of their Summer 2024 anime season. The streaming platform is set to premiere 24 new anime and five continuing series from the Spring anime season.

Crunchyroll has been expanding its market in India for quite some time now. Following several screenings and advertisements curated for the country, the streaming platform has now also been regularly releasing regional language dubs close to its simulcast. This has allowed anime fans in India to experience something unique.

Crunchyroll announces Summer 2024 anime lineup for India

As mentioned above, Crunchyroll is set to premiere a total of 24 new anime series as part of its Summer 2024 anime season. Several anime amongst them will also receive regional language dubs close to their simulcast release.

More titles could soon be announced, but until then, the streaming service has announced the premiere dates for the following anime:

As evident from the above list of new anime, out of the 24 new anime, 10 anime are set to receive regional language dubs, while two other anime, namely SHY season 2 and Delico's Nursery will only feature English dubs.

As for all the 10 anime set to receive regional language dubs, all of them will receive Hindi dubs. However, a few will also receive English, Tamil, and Telugu dubs. However, with the company trying to add more anime under its regional language dub anime catalogue, the numbers could soon change.

That said, fans should note that the release dates mentioned in the list of anime above are only for the English-subtitled version of the anime and not their dubbed counterparts. The release dates for English and regional language dubs will be announced much later by the streaming platform through their news portal or social media accounts.

Lastly, as fans might remember, not all anime that began premiering in the Spring 2024 anime season will finish airing in the anime season. Hence, those anime are set to continue airing on Crunchyroll in the Summer 2024 anime season.

• One Piece (Saturdays)
• My Hero Academia Season 7 (Saturdays)
• That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 (Saturdays)
• YATAGARASU: The Raven Does Not Choose Its Master (Saturdays)
