The most notable and reputable of these unofficial sources is @WSJ_manga (Shonen Jump News), a trusted general anime and manga unofficial information source.

Corroborating this initial report on Dr. Stone season 4 from Shonen Jump News were several other X accounts that are still reputable, but not quite as so. In any case, while no official word has been given on the anime’s release window, fans can safely presume that the first of three final cours for the beloved series will begin this January.

To be more precise, January 2025 will see the first of three cours making up Dr. Stone season 4 premiere. These three cours will carry the series to its conclusion, with roughly 90 chapters left to adapt in the series. This pacing will also match that of previous seasons, ensuring a consistent feel to the final season. Likewise, fans can expect the final season to not be rushed in any way, shape, or form.

However, it’s worth stressing that this January 2025 release window has yet to be validated by any official source relative to the anime. The anime then aired a television special in July 2022, followed by a 22-episode third season, which ran in split cours from April to June 2023, and October to December 2023.
