Go! Go! Loser Ranger! season 2 is set to premiere in April 2025. This was confirmed by the anime's official staff via a new promotional video and a visual. Additionally, the anime's website and X have confirmed the returning staff members for the anime.
Go! Go! Loser Ranger! season 2 serves as a sequel to the previous installment, which aired 12 episodes from April 2024 to June 2024. The series itself is based on Negi Haruba's superhero fantasy manga series of the same name. Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine has been serializing the manga since February 2021, with 16 tankobon volumes published thus far.

On Friday, November 8, 2024, the official website and X for the series dropped a new promotional video and visual to confirm that Go! Go! Loser Ranger! season 2 will begin its broadcast on the Agaru Anime timeslot on 28 CBC and TBS-affiliated networks in Japan starting April 2025. Like the previous installment, the sequel will be exclusively distributed on Disney+, albeit with a subscription.
The teaser promotional video for season 2 rewinds the clock and showcases some memorable moments from the first installment. The short clip also gives fans a sense of every character's intentions and sets up Fighter D's counterattack against the remaining Divine Dragon Keepers.
Besides the promotional video, the official staff has unveiled a teaser visual. Set against a dark atmosphere, the illustration depicts Fighter D, and Hibiki Sakurama, who has disappeared. Undoubtedly, the visual heightens the anticipation for the sequel.
At the same time, the anime's team has revealed the returning staff members for Go! Go! Loser Ranger! season 2. Keiichi Sato will reprise his role as the series director at Yostar Pictures, and Keiichiro Ochi will serve as the series composer and writer. Kahoko Koseki will also return as the character designer, and Yoshihiro Ike will serve as the music composer.

Although the anime's official staff hasn't shared a synopsis, the sequel will pick up the adaptation from chapter 52, since the previous installment covered Negi Haruba's manga up to chapter 51. The sequel will begin the Dreamy School Life Arc, and show Fighter D's further efforts to take down the Divine Dragon Keepers.
Since he has already vanquished the Blue Keeper in season 1, Figther D will strive to eliminate the four remaining Keepers to accomplish his goal. However, he will have to face many challenges. Besides Fighter D, fans can expect Hibiki Sakurama to play a vital role in Go! Go! Loser Ranger! season 2's narrative.
