On August 15, 2024, the anime adaptation of Go for It, Nakamura! was announced through the registration of an official anime website and an X account. The Manga series is a BL (boys' love) series with no information released regarding anything about voice casting or anything else at the moment.
The manga series is written and illustrated by Syundei who also released a commemorative illustration on the occasion of the recent announcement. The manga started in December 2014 and completed its serialization in August 2016. The manga series started its sequel, Go For It Again, Nakamura!, in June 2017 which was also completed as it ended in June 2021.

The manga series started its serialization as a one-shot story and soon started publishing regular new chapters in Akane Shinsha, starting on December 27, 2014. The series ended its serialization on August 27, 2016, with 11 chapters in a single volume. After almost a year, the manga series was renewed for a sequel titled Go for It, Nakamura! which started the publication of its new chapter on June 28, 2017. The sequel series also completed its serialization on June 30, 2021, with 9 chapters compiled in a singular volume.
Seven Seas Entertainment serialized the series in the English language on September 15, 2017, and published both of its volumes, the prequel and the sequel, in July 2018 and July 2022.
A brief synopsis of Go for It, Nakamura!
Go for It, Nakamura! is a boys' love manga series centered around our closeted male protagonist Okuto Nakamura who falls in love with Aiki Hirose, a fellow classmate. Ever since Nakamura entered school, he has been captivated by Hirose and is always looking for chances to get to talk to him, however, due to his lack of social skills, he fails to do so every time.
Despite all this, Nakamura musters up the courage and tries to make an impression in front of Hirose, however, due to his nature as an airhead, he makes a funny impression and regrets doing it. Fortunately, Nakamura's class is assigned to do some activities as groups which could be a golden chance for Nakamura to make his crush notice him.
