On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the official website and X account for I Have a Crush at Work anime unveiled a new trailer to confirm the show's January 6, 2025, release date. The short clip also revealed the anime's additional cast, staff, and the details regarding the theme songs.

Blade has produced I Have a Crush at Work, which is an adaptation of Akamaru Enomoto's eponymous manga series. Kodansha's Morning magazine serialized the manga from March 2019 to January 2023, with its chapters collected in 15 tankobon volumes.

The official staff streamed the second promotional video on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, to confirm that the I Have a Crush at Work anime will be released on January 6, 2025.

Broadcast information has also arrived, according to which the I Have a Crush at Work anime will air its episodes every Monday from 11 pm JST, starting January 6, 2025, on Tokyo MX.

The rom-com anime will also be broadcast on the same date at 11:30 pm JST. Additionally, Japanese fans can watch the anime on BS Fuji from 12 am JST, starting January 7, 2024.

The latest PV highlights Yui Mitsuya and Masugu Tateishi's office romance and their lovely chemistry. Fans can also catch a glimpse of them spending a precious holiday together. Besides Yui and Masugu, the trailer features the newly announced cast members and previews their character voices.

According to the short video, Misaki Watada voices Chiharu Uto, one of the co-workers of Yui Mitsuya in the planning department. Sora Tokui stars as Yukiko Sakura, another colleague of Mitsuya. Kentaro Tone lends his voice to Itsuro Mita, described as the head of the planning department.

Shinichiro Miki has also joined the voice cast as Hiromi Kiribayashi, the head of a new business department who has a bold personality. Additionally, Kensho Ono performs the role of Seiya Suzuki, the top salesman who was Yui's senior in college.

These new voice actors have joined the previously announced cast members for this rom-com anime, who are Seiichiro Yamashita as Masagu Tateishi, Yume Miyamoto as Yui Mitsuya, Reio Tsuchida as Keisuke Somei, Shizuka Ito as Shizuno Hayakawa, and Yo Taichi as Maria Morizono.

Besides the additional cast, the new trailer has revealed details regarding the opening and ending theme songs for I Have a Crush at Work anime. According to the video, Polkadot Stingray performs the opening theme, Ano Ne, while Pachae sings the ending theme, Futari Jime.

Naoko Takeichi directs the office romance anime at Studio Blade, with Masahiro Yokotani in charge of overseeing the scripts. Mina Osawa is the character designer. At the same time, new staff members are announced. Masanori Tsuchiya is credited as the sound director, with music from the IM. Lab.

Sayuri Yoshida is the color key artist, with Madoka Ozawa as the prop designer. Maho Takahashi is in charge of the art setting, with Akio Hayashi as the 3D director. Yumeta Company is in 2D works, with Kana Sakai as the compositing director of photography.

Based on Akamaru Enomoto's rom-com manga series, I Have a Crush at Work anime centers around Yui Mitsuya and Masugu Tateishi, who are head over heels for each other. Their love exceeds all bounds, as they can't stay away from each other. As such, the anime will explore their beautiful chemistry.
