I Left My A-Rank Party anime is set to premiere on January 12, 2025. This was confirmed by the anime's official staff via a new promotional video on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. Along with the release date, the short clip announced additional cast and staff members for the series.
Produced by Bandai Namco Pictures, I Left My A-Rank Party anime (fully titled I Left My A-Rank Patry to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths) is an adaptation of Kosuke Uenami's original fantasy light novel series.
Kodansha's K Lanove Bunko serializes the light novels. The series also has a manga version with Yuuri's illustrations, which is serialized in Kodansha's Magazine Pocket platform.
I Left My A-Rank Party anime's new trailer confirms January 12, 2025 release date
On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the official website and X (formerly Twitter) handle account of the series shared a new promotional video to reveal that I Left My A-Rank Party anime will be released on January 12, 2025.
Details regarding the anime's broadcast have also been shared, according to which, I Left My A-Rank Party anime will air on January 12, 2025, on 30 Nippon Television Network in Japan, at 12:55 AM JST (stylized as January 11, 2025, at 24:55 JST).
Japanese fans can also enjoy the anime's broadcast on BS NTV on January 18. The official staff revealed that I Left My A-Rank Party anime will run for two consecutive cours. Internationally, Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs in Japan.
The latest trailer features Yuke Feldio, who abandons his adventure party due to constant jeers and forms a new party with his former students. Fans can catch a glimpse of Yuke's adventure with Rain, Silk, and Maria, as they venture into the dungeons and fight fearsome foes.
The short clip also previews the fantasy anime's opening theme song, Enter, performed by Rei. He is also known as Kazuma Kawamura from the J-Pop boyband group, The Rampage from Exile Tribe.
Along with the PV, the staff has unveiled a new key visual for the I Left My A-Rank Party anime. The illustration depicts Yuke, at the center, with his new party members, Silk, Rain, Marina, and Camelat-kun around him. The characters are seen preparing for a battle in the dungeon.
Details regarding the newly announced cast members have also arrived on the anime's official site and X account. Yoshiki Nakajima stars as Simon, the leader of the Thunderpike A-Rank party, where Yuke once belonged. M.A.O plays the role of Jamie, a young mage from Thudnerpike.
Sekai, from EXILE/FANTASTICS, has joined the voice cast as Barry, a valiant fighter of the Thunderpike party. Yoshino Nanjo lends her voice to Camila, described as the Thunderpike's priest. Tsuyoshi Koyama voices Benwood, the guildmaster, while Satoshi Hino stars as Saga, Yuke's uncle.
Hisako Kanemoto plays Mamal, while Mayu Tamura from Nogizaka46 has joined the anime as Camelat-kun, a floating automated artifact, that records every detail of the adventurers of the Clover party. The previously announced cast members are, Hiromu Mineta as Yuke, Nene Hieda as Rain, Natsumi Kawaida as Silk, and Hana Inami as Marina.
More information regarding the anime will be shared by the anime's cast on November 26, 2024, at 7 pm JST during a live event on EMOTION Label's official YouTube channel.
Notably, Katsumi Ono directs the fantasy series at Bandai Namco Pictures, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu in charge of the series scripts and composition. Masakazu Yamazaki is credited as the chief animation director, and one of the chief animation directors with Yumiko Hara, Ippei Ichii, and Akira Takahashi.
Go Sakibe is in charge of composing the series music, while Akira Kikuchi is the action animation director. Yuki Tanaka sings the ending theme, Treasure Chest. Additional staff members include Shuhei Abe as the sound director, Mutsumi Takemiya as the editor, Hiroyuki Chiba as the compositing director of photography, Hitomi Yoshida as the art director, and others.
The plot of I Left My A-Rank party anime
Based on author Kosuke Uenami and illustrator Super Zombie's light novel series, I Left My A-Rank Party anime centers around Yuke Feldio, a red mage and alchemist who used to get constantly mocked by his previous party members at the Thunderpike.
One day, he decides to abandon his party and look for new teammates. As fate would have it, Yuke finds his former students and forms a new Clover party with them. The anime will explore Yuke's magical journey, with his new, all-girls party.
