On Thursday, September 5, 2024, the official website and X account for the If My Wife Became an Elementary School Student shared a new trailer to announce October 6, 2024 (Fall 2024), as the release date.

The broadcast details have also arrived, according to which, If My Wife Became an Elementary School Student anime will air its episodes every Sunday from 10 pm JST on Tokyo MX, starting October 6, 2024. After that, the anime will air on BS11 from 11.30 pm JST.

Japanese audiences can also catch the episodes of this anime on Sun TV from 12.30 am JST, starting October 7, 2024. Besides Tokyo MX, BS11, and Sun TV, fans can watch the show on AT-X every Thursday from 9 am JST and every Monday from 3 pm JST, starting October 8, 2024.

The latest trailer shows Takae, reborn as a 10-year-old elementary girl, returning to Keisuke, her husband. Keisuke, Takae, and Mai (their daughter) cry as they share a heartfelt reunion.

The short clip also shows Takae getting angry at Keisuke for showing overflowing love for her without caring what others might think. Undoubtedly, the trailer highlights the Niijima family as they re-learn to live. The PV also previews the opening song, Ai no Reunion (Reunion of Love), performed by Pachae.

Everything changes one day when an elementary school girl arrives at his home and tells him that she's Takae, who has been reincarnated as a different girl. The anime will show Keisuke's struggles as he has to deal with a grade school student with the mind of a 40-year-old.
