Alice to Therese no Maboroshi Kojo revolves around Masamune, a third-year middle school student living in a town where time seems to have ceased. The town's stagnancy is due to an unexpected explosion at a steelworks factory that has barricaded all exits, leaving the residents stuck in a seemingly eternal loop of their mundane lives.

One of Masamune's mysterious classmate, Atsumi, leads him to the fifth blast furnace of the factory, where they encounter a voiceless girl who is wild as a wolf. The union of these three individuals disrupts the world's balance and stirs an unstoppable wave of "love impulse."

In this film, Junya Enoki takes on the role of 14-year-old protagonist Masamune Kikuiri, with Reina Ueda voicing Masamune's classmate Atsumi Sagami, and Misaki Kuno as the enigmatic girl Itsumi.
