There was also a confirmation of four new members of the voice cast, which now includes the likes of Shintarō Asanuma as Lapin, a minister of the Black Rabbit Kingdom, Kaoru Marimura as Kalavinka, the Queen of the Bird Tribe, Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Rōen, King of the Wolf Tribe, and Shinnosuke Musashi as Mousse, King of the Mouse Kingdom.

Furthermore, the staff of the film also includes director Masayoshi Ozaki, scriptwriter Ryūichirō Itsumi, chief animation director Taeko Satō, art director Minoru Akiba, original character designer Jiku, and Studio Sign, who are going to be in charge of the animation.
