About Oi! Tonbo! anime
Based on Ken Kawasaki's golf manga, Oi! Tonbo! anime follows Kazuyoshi Igarashi, a disqualified pro golfer, who moves to Kagoshima Prefecture's Tokara island to step out of the limelight because of a certain incident.
Aside from the flora and fauna, Kazuyoshi discovers that the islands have a homemade golf course, where a young girl, Tonbo, practices the game every day. She demonstrates a unique talent for the sport, prompting the pro golfer to assist her with her training.
Oi! Tonbo! season 2 will likely continue Tonbo and Kazuyoshi's adventures. Given how the latest season ended, the sequel could potentially focus on Tonbo's new challenges off the island.
