Likewise, chapter 1130 would mark the third in his latest string of releases, suggesting that a planned break week is coming after its scheduled Monday, October 21 release. The break week would then come on Monday, October 28, with the series returning on Monday, November 4.

Pew’s tweet as seen above also references this via their comment that the fandom will be receiving “3 chapters in a row” given One Piece chapter 1129 not having a break week. While Pew obviously can’t confirm this, their speaking to it nonetheless highlights how regular and predictable Oda’s cadence can be when it comes to his flagship series.

With that in mind, fans can likely count on chapter 1130 being the manga’s final release in the month of October. Oda sticking to this schedule is also more likely than it otherwise may be given that the ongoing Elbaf Arc is still in its fledgling stages. Regular releases would likewise be especially beneficial for swiftly moving the series past this arc’s initial phases.
