Monday, November 4, 2024 saw the spoiler process for One Piece chapter 1131 begin with the exciting confirmation that there will be no break for the series following its official release. The information was leaked by X (formerly Twitter) user, a reputable general series leaker, and news source @pewpiece (Pew). While Pew didn’t share any additional spoiler information, these extra leaks will likely come next week.

While Pew’s information doesn’t cover the manga’s release schedule beyond the immediate week following One Piece chapter 1131’s release, there is a likely schedule the series will follow. This is, of course, mangaka Eiichiro Oda’s typically preferred schedule of three weeks for the series, followed by one week off.

With how reputable Pew has proven to be in the past, fans can take these spoilers as an all-but official confirmation of the series’ activity over the next few weeks.

However, as mentioned above, fans can extrapolate the manga’s release schedule for the rest of November 2024 with some extra info. Oda’s typical three-on-one-off schedule would suggest that the series will release a chapter every Monday, which remains in November 2024. This would be chapter 1131’s release on November 11; chapter 1132’s on November 18, and chapter 1133’s on November 25, the final Monday of the month.

The fact that Oda and his series are returning from an extended break week further supports the idea that he’ll return with this release schedule. This would also set the manga up to get at least two chapters out, potentially three, prior to the Christmas break Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine will take. However, this is especially speculative given how far out it is and the potential disruption an unexpected break week could cause in this long-term schedule.

Likewise, for now, all that can be said confidently is that each remaining Monday in November 2024, we will see a new chapter for the series officially released. While still speculative, Oda’s typical work cadence would suggest this to be the case. Given that Oda especially sticks to this schedule following extended break weeks, it seems very likely that One Piece chapter 1131 will mark the start of this cycle.

Oda’s original manga series began serializing in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in July 1997. The manga was turned into a television anime series by Toei Animation, which started in October 1999. Both versions of the series are still ongoing today.
