On Saturday, December 21, 2024, the main trailer for Solo Leveling season 2 anime got leaked online hours ahead of its official release. As per the new trailer, Solo Leveling season 2 is set to premiere on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 12 am JST. The leaked trailer also revealed the ending theme song details for the anime.

Solo Leveling, written by Chugong, is a web novel series serialized in KakaoPage. The series later received a webtoon adaptation by Jang Sung-rak (Dubu). Following its rising popularity, A-1 Pictures picked up the series for an anime adaptation. The anime released its first season in Winter 2024 and is set to premiere its second season in January 2025.

As revealed by the leaked trailer for Solo Leveling season 2, the anime is set to premiere on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 12 am JST, on Tokyo MX and other television networks.

In addition, the leaked trailer also previewed the ending theme song for the anime. The ending theme song will be called UN-APEX and will be performed by Toru Kitajima, better known as TK, TK from Ling Tosite Sigure rock trio.

The anime is seemingly also set to have 13 episodes as part of its second season.

Most fans were left hyped after watching the leaked anime trailer. This is because the trailer was quite extraordinary. Unlike other trailers that only leave fans with few hype moments to keep them on the edge of their seats, the Solo Leveling trailer was full of exciting scenes.

"god dude i can’t wait it’s gonna be so peak," one fan said.

"this is so peak. never seen a trailer be this good," another fan added.

"Thanks to this trailer. I know how far season two is going to go," another fan said.

"Solo leveling has LiSa and TK singing its songs. That’s hype," a fan said.

Meanwhile, other fans weren't pleased with the trailer. This is because trailers were only supposed to hint at what was set to come. However, the leaked trailer revealed more than just that. In fact, many fans also got an idea of how much A-1 Pictures will be adapting from the webtoon for the second season.

As for other fans, they were much more hyped by the music performers for the anime. The previous promotional video had only confirmed the opening theme song details. However, the newly leaked trailer previewed the ending theme song and unveiled its performer. With that, fans were hyped to listen to the full version of UN-APEX by TK.
