On Friday, August 9, 2024, the official site and X account for The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor anime shared the second promotional video and announced that the series will be released on October 9, 2024. The fantasy anime is set to be broadcast on Tokyo MX and other channels in Japan.

The new trailer features Jill Savelle, Hades Theos Rave, and other important characters from the series. The short video contains scenes where Hades accepts Jill's proposal and prepares a sumptuous meal for her. Additionally, the PV reveals additional characters and their voice cast.

Shunichi Toki stars as Gerald, the crown prince of the Kingdom of Kratos, while Yuka Nukui plays the role of Sphere, the fiance of Hades. Gerald had betrayed Jill in the original timeline and cruelly sentenced her to be executed. On the other hand, Sphere died a tragic death in the narrative's original timeline.

These new voice actors will join the previously announced cast members, who are as follows:

• Shiori Izawa as Rave

Shunichi Toki says he loves to play characters like Gerald, so he will try his best to portray him in a way to make the narrative more exciting. Likewise, Yuka Nukui promises to do her best with voicing Sphere.

Kentaro Suzuki directs the fantasy series at J.C. Staff Studios, with Atsuo Ishino supervising the scripts. Sana Komatsu, noted for his contributions to The Rising of the Shield Hero season 3, is enlisted as the character designer.

Based on Sarasa Nagase's light novels, The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor anime centers around Jill Savelle, who gets sentenced to death by her fiance, the crown prince. However, days before her execution, Jill is sent back in time six years to the party, where she was engaged.

To avoid her tragic fate, Jill immediately professes her love to a man standing behind her. However, she discovers it's Emperor Hades, by whose hands she is to be slain in the future. Although Jill retracts the proposal, Hades takes her to his castle and cooks her a meal. Won over by his food, Jill decides to reform him and redo her life.
