Produced by Telecom Animation Film, The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 serves as the continuation of the first part, which aired from October 2023 to March 2024.
The series itself is an adaptation of The Seven Deadly Sins manga's sequel, written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki. Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine has been serializing the sequel manga series since January 2021, with 17 volumes published thus far.

The official X (formerly Twitter) handle for The Seven Deadly Sins anime unveiled a new teaser visual for The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 on Thursday, and announced that the sequel will premiere on October 6, 2024, on TBS and its 27 affiliated channels.
The captivating illustrates depicts Percival and Tristan joining forces to confront Arthur, the King of Chaos. Undoubtedly, the teaser visual raises the tension of battle, as Percival's resolute eyes meets Arthur's confident smile.
From the visual, it's apparent that The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 will focus on the concluding events from the Chaos in the Liones Arc. Considering how the previous season ended, the sequel will likely adapt the Wolnack Arc and the Demon Realm Arc from the original manga.
On this note, the anime will have a panel at the ongoing Anime Expo 2024 on July 5, 2024, where the author, Nakaba Suzuki will participate as an official guest. More information about the sequel will be made at the event at the scheduled time.

The first season premiered on TBS channel in October 2023, and aired for two consecutive cours, with 24 episodes in total. Netflix streamed the series for the anime enthusiasts outside Japan.
Maki Odaira directed the anime at Telecom Animation Film, with Shigeru Murakoshi in charge of the scripts. Youichi Takada handled the character designers, while Yamamoto composed the series music.
Based on Nakaba Suzuki's sequel manga series, The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse follows the adventures of Percival, a young boy who spent his life with his grandfather on God's Finger, a place above the clouds.
Considering the previous season adapted the manga till Chapter 80, The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 will cover the rest of the chapters from the Chaos in Liones Arc, and begin the Wolnack arc. In other words, fans can expect the upcoming season to focus on Percival's next challenges.
