Chapter 33 of Tokyo Revengers: A Letter from Keisuke Baji began when the previous chapter ended with Kojiro striking Chifuyu to prove his loyalty to Kensho. Kensho strikes Chifuyu, and the latter falls to the bottom of the stairs. Soichiro Matsuno then asks Kojiro to visit Kensho while he fights against Chifuyu.

As the scene changes, Baji and Ryusei are fighting against an ambush by the members of New Yotsuya Kaidan. Baji asks Ryusei to head over to Chifuyu to protect him. As Ryusei rushes to Chifuyu, Baji faces off against Kiyomaro Mori, the Commando Unit Captain of New Yotsuya Kaidan.

Looking at the manpower of New Yotsuya Kaidan, Ryusei decides to call the Tokyo Manji gang's main force but is struck from behind by Ayumu Tobishima and is knocked out. As Ayumu discusses with others regarding the current situation, Ryusei comes back to his senses, and they take a fighting stance against each other.

The scene shifts back to Chifuyu and Soichiro's fight. Chifuyu talks about how New Yotsuya Kaidan may think they have cornered Baji, Chifuyu, and Ryusei. However, Chifuyu proclaims that this is what they want and rushes towards Soichiro confidently.
