Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 4 has been officially green-lit for production. The official staff announced this news at the Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun special event DEVIL'S PARTY, held at the Bunkyo Civic Hall in Tokyo, Japan, on Sunday, November 17, 2024, with an announcement video and visual. However, no details regarding the sequel's release date or other pertinent information were revealed.

Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 4 serves as a sequel to the previous installment, which aired 21 episodes from October 2022 to March 2023. The anime is based on Osamu Nishi's Japanese manga series of the same name. Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Champion has been serializing the manga since March 2017, with 39 tankobon volumes published thus far.

On November 17, 2024, the official staff of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun anime hosted a special event called the DEVIL's PARTY at Bunkyo Civic Hall in Tokyo, Japan. During the event, they confirmed the production of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 4 with an announcement clip featuring a teaser visual.

However, the staff didn't reveal any information regarding the fourth season's release date or window, cast or staff, and production studio. It is speculated, but not confirmed, that Bandai Namco Pictures would return to produce the sequel since the esteemed studio has been animating the series since the first season.

The teaser visual for Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 4 shows the protagonist, Iruma Suzuki, looking for someone on the rooftop at dusk. Besides him, the visual features Purson Soi, his 13th classmate and the final demon in the Abnormal Class. The visual also has a tagline in Japanese, which reads thus when translated into English:

"Problem child class, the last Devil. Finally, 13 people are here."

In addition to the teaser visual, the original author, Osamu Nishi, shared a celebratory illustration on their official X account. The visual features Purson Soi gesturing four, as seen in the fourth season, with Iruma behind him. The author looks forward to the fourth season.

The previous installment premiered on October 8, 2024, on NHK channel in Japan. Crunchyroll streamed the episodes as they aired in Japan. The streaming service also has all three seasons of this series available in selected regions.

The fantasy anime stars Ayumu Murase as Iruma Suzuki, Ayaka Asai as Clara, Ryohei Kimura as Alice, Saori Hayami as Amelie, Takaya Kuroda as Sullivan, Daisuke Ono as Kalegius, and others.

The series follows the story of Iruma Suzuki, a human boy, who becomes the grandson of Sullivan, a Devil in the Demon World. He attends a Devil School, where Sullivan serves as the director. The anime shows Iruma's struggles and growth, as he desperately tries to hide his identity from others.

In Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 4, Iruma Suzumi will join his classmates to take on the music festival. More information about the upcoming installment will be revealed in the future.
