No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 4 is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 11:30 pm JST on AT-X and other channels in Japan, according to the anime's official website. Picking up the events from the previous installment, the episode titled I'm Ready to Die Anytime begins with Annette and Tama discussing their plans to visit Zweiten Cathedral to find out whether the elven priest's friend knows anything about Sensei's "Sacchan."

It was revealed that the Zauberberg has four cathedrals scattered throughout the land, where adventurers from the other worlds are summoned. Meanwhile, Sensei and his party confront a Dragon. However, the monster gets tamed by a mysterious girl, who advises them to leave the area.

At that moment, she discovers Sensei is an "otherworlder." With a murderous aura, she declares the protagonist as her enemy. The girl introduces herself as Waldelia, the Dark Lord. She unleashes a powerful spell at Sensei at his party to overwhelm them.

Eventually, Sensei tells her that since he's her enemy, she should leave Annette and Tama alone. The girl then stabs Sensei and leaves him bleeding. Thankfully, Annette's familiar takes the injured party to the Zweiten Cathedral, where the elven priest's friend, Ysha, timely saves their lives.

Later, Ysha reveals that an adventurer has already eliminated the Wrath Lord. It is implied that Waldelia is the late Demon Lord's daughter. This raises curiosity among them, as to why Sensei has been summoned.

Ysha further discloses that the adventurers summoned from the other world have abused their powers for personal gain. Suddenly, an adventurer named Suzuki declares that since one of their kind has defeated the Demon Lord, he and the other "heroes" will rule over the land and usher in the "age of heroes."

Annette and others protest the man's outrageous demand. The episode ends with Suzuki confronting the elven priest. Following the ending credits, the episode shows Osamu Dazai observing the town engulfed in flames.
