No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5: The bishops attend a meeting, while Sacchan's location is disclosed
No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 begins with a scene at The Great Weiss Cathedral in Zauberberg's north-east realm, where the bishops from each region gather for a conference.
Cardinal Miller apologizes to everyone for the delay and requests to be seated at the table. The bishops introduce themselves before giving a brief report on their jurisdictions. Aliya, the newly appointed bishop (Annette's replacement), says there's nothing new to report in the Darkstark.
Likewise, Elton, the bishop in charge of the Vierten cathedral, feels everything has been peaceful. The Dreiten cathedral's Wulf, who is in charge of the Zamstark region, reports that the situation is fine on his end. Ysha joins the conversation and reports to everyone about the incident at Vale town.
No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 then shows Mira announcing to everyone the actual purpose of the visit, which is to discuss the issues caused by the Otherworlders. Since the Wrath Lord has been defeated, the Pope has decreed all Otherworlder portals to be sealed.
In other words, there won't be any new Otherworlders summoned to the Zauberberg. Yet Mira reports that the seven Otherworlders who defeated the Wrath Lord have become the rulers of that dominion.
The Cardinal adds that the Pope has received a declaration from those seven Otherworlders, who wish to use their powers to shape and reform Zauberberg as they see fit.
Since the Pope sees the Otherworlders as his children, their betrayal has shocked him to the core. Additionally, the cardinal feels they must deal with the Wrath Lord's daughter, Waldelia, who has disappeared from her father's territory.
Although the Bishops exist to protect their region, they feel the Otherworlders are too powerful to handle. Following that in No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5, Ysha informs everyone about Osamu Dazai, who possesses the skill to send the Otherworlders back to their world.
At that moment, Zauberberg's Pope appears and requests Ysha to explain the man's potential in detail. Following that, the narrative for No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 switches to the Wrath Lord's mansion, where Sacchan is seen on the balcony.
A mysterious Otherworlder asks Sacchan whether she's still thinking about the man with whom she sought to commit double suicide. He adds that their allies have departed for various lands, while he and Sacchan have remained at the Wrath Lord's dominion to observe what's in store for the world.
No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5: Osamu Dazai and his party meet Nir at the Viridis village
The narrative for No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 switches the perspective to Osamu Dazai and his party, who arrive at the Donner Stark's Viridis village.
Annette feels they should rest overnight at the village before entering the Grun village. As they look for a tavern, a boy named Nir appears and offers them the "Warrior Matching service."
The boy says that it's a service to pair an Otherworlder with a weak and helpless person to guarantee their safety. However, in exchange for the service, he asks for a hefty amount. While Tama hesitates, Annette willingly accepts Nir's offer.
Seeing a coffin beside Annette and Tama, the boy laments that an Otherworlder can't bring back the dead. No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 then shows Osamu Dazai emerging from the coffin. He apologizes to Tama for being alive.
Nir can't believe how Osamu Dazai can be an Otherworlder with a ghostly appearance. In any case, the boy takes Annette's money and promises to bring a warrior. Following that, No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 switches to the Tavern, where the owner reveals that Nir is a "Trickster king," who loves to con people.
The Tavern's owner adds that Nir is an orphan, so he doesn't have anyone to reprimand him. As such, he has become the village's "black sheep." Moreover, the warrior he speaks about doesn't exist.
The narrative for No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 then shifts the focus to Nir, who gets abducted by three Otherworlders. They steal his money and threaten to end his life. However, Osamu Dazai arrives at the scene to save the boy.
Seeing the Otherworlders harassing Nir, Sensei scornfully tells them they don't deserve their title. Meanwhile, the abductors use their skill to figure out that Dazai has only one HP left, and is also seriously poisoned. As such, they don't take him seriously.
However, Sensei's HP shoots up when they threaten to kill him. No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 then shows the Otherworlders fleeing the scene. Nir asks Dazai whether he's truly a warrior, but Sensei says that he isn't that type of a person.
The following day, Annette, Tama, and Osamu Dazai prepare to leave the village. Suddenly, Nir appears and he decides to join the party. No Longer Allowed in Another World episode 5 ends with Dazai's party getting into trouble after arriving at Grun castle.
