Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262 was released on June 10, 2024, and the chapter continued the fight between Gojo (Yuta) and Sukuna. Unfortunately, Yuta was outclassed by Sukuna because he couldn't utilize Gojo's cursed technique properly, which has had fans wondering how things would have turned out if Yuta could have used Hakari's cursed technique.
Although the chapter showcased Yuta having the upper hand in battle, the King of Curses still outclassed him because of the trick he learned to defeat Sukuna. The climax of the chapter saw Rika fully manifested and she could join the fight later on.
The battle should be wrapped up in 3 minutes, after which Gojo's domain expansion would wear off, but looking at the current situation, the battle would not turn out the way Yuta predicted. But things could have turned in Yuta's favor if he had utilized Hakari Kinji Hakari's cursed technique that would have made him invincible for a limited amount of time.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Exploring the situation if Yuta had copied Hakari's cursed technique
Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 262 was titled The Decisive Battle in the Uninhabited, Demon-Infested Shinjuku 34. The chapter commenced with Gojo (Yuta) and Sukuna expanding their domain expansions.
Yuta used a shrunken Infinite Void which was a counter to Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine, as showcased in the first round of the battle of the strongest. But he had to end things in three minutes because Gojo's domain would end after this timelapse. To make Sukuna more susceptible, Yuta used Purple to try hitting the King of Curses, but the latter outclassed him and punched him right in the face. On the other hand, somewhere outside the domain, Rika's full body manifested and she cried holding Yuta's corpse.
The strange thing about all this was that Yuta had already planned on shifting his soul into Gojo like this was the last plan up the arsenal of the cursed sorcerers. But there could be a much more efficient and better solution than the soul transfer and that would have been Yuta copying Kinji Hakari's cursed technique.
Kinji Hakari is a suspended student from Jujutsu High School who is now running a fighting club. Despite being a suspended student, Hakari is one of the strongest sorcerers, being close to Gojo Satoru. This was all due to Hakari's cursed technique and domain expansion.
Hakari's cursed technique is the Private Pure Love Train, a pachinko game inspired by a romance manga series that exists in Jujutsu Kaisen. Although this cursed technique is mainly activated inside his domain expansion, Idle Death Gamble, it can also be activated outside the domain.
But the game-changing thing about this cursed technique is when Kinji hits a jackpot and his unkillable mode gets activated, more famous as the 'Hakari Dance.' This unkillable mode lasts for 4 minutes and 11 seconds and gives Hakari the bonus of unlimited cursed technique (no pun intended).
Yuta could have just copied Hakari's cursed technique using his cursed technique, instead of defiling Gojo Satoru's dead body and using it as a vessel to fight the King of Curses.
Final thoughts
Although the unkillable move is directly possible through Hakari's cursed technique, it cannot be achieved without its cursed technique so there are chances that this event could have been possible if Yuta opted for it.
But there could be a meaning behind Gege Akutami returning Gojo's body so take this article as a mere speculation that could have happened in the past. More answers can be expected in the next chapter released on July 7, 2024.
