My Hero Academia chapter 431 was an addition to the final volume of the manga pleased many fans with its new material, elevating the quality of the ending for many people. In that regard, one of the most celebrated aspects of the chapter was Ochaco Uraraka's interactions with Himiko Toga in her dreams, to the point that some have theorized they now have a Vestige-like connection.
Most manga readers may know that Himiko Toga died at the end of My Hero Academia since she gave her blood to Uraraka so she could live. Therefore, some fans have come up with the possibility that the hero can now connect with a part of Toga's essence even after death, those developing a similar relationship to the one Izuku "Deku" Midoriya had with the past One For All users.

Explaining why Himiko Toga and Ochaco Uraraka could have a Vestige-like connection in My Hero Academia
It was shown in chapter 395 of the manga that Himiko Toga gave most of her blood in a transfusion to Ochaco Uraraka, with the former dying in the process and the latter living. A very important detail of this theory is that the last time Toga is seen alive is near a field filled with flowers, with the hero not conscious when this was happening.
However, during the eight-year time skip in chapter 431, Uraraka dreams, that Toga talks to her in that aforementioned field filled with flowers, which she didn't see at the time of the transfusion. This means the villain might have placed a piece of her essence into Ochaco, hence why they can keep talking despite the former's death.
It was already shown in the series that the One For All Quirk had an inner reality called the Vestige world where Izuku "Deku" Midoriya got to talk with the deceased past users, except for All Might who was still alive. The theory suggests that Uraraka and Toga have developed a connection of ilk, with the latter's consciousnesses being a part of the former.
The issues with this theory
While this theory could have some legs, it is also worth pointing out that My Hero Academia author Kohei Horikoshi is known for establishing some elements as a symbol of sorts. This is evidenced by examples such as Katsuki Bakugo's fakeout death when fighting Tomura Shigaraki, as it seemed he was talking to All Might's Vestige version, or the very All Might seeing Sir Nighteye during his final battle with All For One.
The scene of Uraraka talking with Toga in the final chapter serves as a sign of her letting go of the guilt she feels for the latter's death and starting her relationship with Deku. The dreams are the direct cause of her trauma after the events of the final war arc, which have a much more realistic origin, all things considered.
Final thoughts
The idea of Toga living on as a part of Uraraka like Deku's Vestige in My Hero Academia is a novel concept and one that could give her character a sense of closure. However, this is a mere fan theory and needs to be taken with a pinch of salt.
