Fans can read the issue via official sources on Viz Media’s official website, Shueisha’s MANGA Plus website, or Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app. The former two services are free, allowing readers to view the first and latest three issues in a series. The lattermost is a paid, subscription-based service that grants readers access to a series in its entirety.

One Piece chapter 1119 recap

One Piece chapter 1119 begins with Kaku and Stussy saying goodbye to each other. The former yelled at the latter the entire time but was eventually revealed to have been holding back tears as he spoke. Focus then shifted to Luffy and Bonney, who were attacked by Mars, who called the latter’s transformation a simple facsimile. Luffy blocked Mars’ attack while telling Sanji, Franky, and Bonney to attack him so he could launch into Mars and send him flying.

After hearing there was no way to damage Mars, they obliged, with the Gorosei member eventually flying off and becoming a Team Rocket-like twinkle in the sky. Focus then shifted to Vegapunk Atlas, who was seemingly planning something with Lilith regarding York’s ability to monitor them. The Focus then shifted to the Iron Giant rousing to life on the seafloor, restarting Dr. Vegapunk’s broadcast. However, nothing of note was gained from what played.

Saint Ju Peter was then seen spitting the Cipher Pol agents and Seraphim he rescued onto nearby Marine ships before trying to suck up the Giant Warrior Pirates’ ship. Luffy punched him to stop this, but it allowed Saint Warcury to charge at the ship and destroy it instead. However, the Iron Giant then appeared and punched Warcury, breaking off one of his fangs. The episode ended with the Iron Giant, named Emeth, remembering Joy Boy’s words to him centuries prior.

What to expect from One Piece chapter 1120 (speculative)

With chapter 1119 essentially confirming that all of the informative parts of Dr. Vegapunk’s broadcast are now over, One Piece chapter 1120 will likely focus exclusively on Luffy and co’s escape. However, after realizing that the Iron Giant injured Warcury, Luffy will likely try to learn how to fight the Gorosei himself, which could cause complications for their escape from Egghead.

Chapter 1120 should also provide a significant update on Nami’s group since they were wholly absent from this latest installment in the series. Fans will likely see them barely escape Saint Nusjuro as they set out to sea, setting up the start of the Straw Hats’ escape at the issue’s end.
