One Piece chapter 1131 raw scans were expected to clarify some of the finer points of text-based spoilers, like Loki’s subordinates and Robin’s new hairstyle. Unofficially leaked on Wednesday, November 7, 2024, the raw scans offered a better look at these aspects and many others.

One significant reveal from the One Piece chapter 1131 raw scans is that Luffy actually fully transforms into his Gear 4 mode against Loki rather than a partial transformation. This is interesting as it suggests that Luffy not only seriously wants to fight Loki but also views him as a legitimate threat worth a full transformation.

One Piece chapter 1131 raw scans open up with a focus on the issue’s cover story. Yamato is seen riding Komachiyo alongside Otama riding Speed, presumably looking for Shimotsuki Yasuie’s stolen sword. Diving into the story content, the raw scans open up with a shot of Luffy celebrating his arrival in Elbaph while standing on Loki’s knee. The two are then seen speaking, with Loki seemingly getting upset and yelling.

This prompts several giant beasts to hear the noise and investigate, such as wolves and what appear to be deer. Loki’s introduction card appears in the next shot of him, revealing a 2.6 billion Beri bounty from the World Government. The two continue speaking as a shot of Elbaph appears, with Luffy now relaxing on Loki’s body as they talk. Luffy then seems to notice something, prompting the arrival of several giant creatures that seem to be Loki’s allies.

One Piece chapter 1131 raw scans revealed several humans wearing animal pelts and gas masks, who also seem to be Loki’s subordinates based on their behavior. However, Luffy suddenly is able to tame the beasts, becoming friendly with them, much to the shock of Loki and his human subordinates.

However, Loki says something that upsets Luffy, prompting him to fully transform into Gear 4 mode and attack with what appears to be a Gum-Gum Kong Gun. Loki is surprised and even seemingly fearful of the attack, prompting him to dodge by slightly shifting his head. Luffy then transforms back into his base state with a scowl on his face as they continue speaking with each other, and Loki gets a devilish grin.

One Piece chapter 1131 raw scans then shift focus to Nami and the other Straw Hats currently on Elbaph. They’re seen running across the rope bridge from Road, who is, in turn, being chased by Gerd and Goldberg. Goldberg is seen carrying the Thousand Sunny above his head as he runs across the rope bridge, suggesting they’re trying to assist the Straw Hats and the stop Road. Sanji and the others are seen fleeing as quickly as they can rather than fighting.

The focus then shifts to the forest area where Luffy and Loki are once again, but it focuses on Hajrudin instead. He’s seen celebrating a kill with Stansen, another New Giant Warrior Pirates member, as a recap panel of the Dressrosa Arc’s events appears. The focus shifts to the Giant Warrior Pirates’ ship, where Robin has had her hair cut into its classic style for her reunion with Saul. The issue ends with them arriving at Elbaph as someone shouts about something.
