One Piece chapter 1131 has established that the Treasure Tree Adam can reach up to the sky islands, which has led to a theory that one of the Supernova could be introduced during the Elbaph arc. The character in question is Urouge, high priest of the Fallen Monk Pirates, and a user on X named @SurgeonofDepth has come up with the theory that is an opening for him to return.

Urouge's wings were a total giveaway that he is a member of the sky islands and One Piece chapter 1131 has probably established a way for him to play a role in this current arc. It would make a lot of sense when considering how each Supernova has had a moment to shine in most New World arcs and could also allow Kuma and Bonney to go full circle.

A running trend during the vast majority of the New World portion of the manga has been the fact that each arc had a member of the Supernova playing a somewhat significant role, such as Jewelry Bonney in the most recent Egghead arc. In that regard, the X user named @SurgeonofDepth came up with the theory that the Elbaph arc could see the return of Urouge to the story.

This is evidenced by the fact that One Piece chapter 1131 revealed that the legendary Treasure Tree Adam can reach up to the sky islands, so there is a chance that Urouge could reach the land of the Giants. That could also connect with the Bartholomew Kuma flashback where Bonney tells him that she would love to go to the sky islands.

Urouge's plans and ambitions haven't been fairly developed throughout the story, and that is something that could be shown here. It would add another element to the current conflict with the Giants and perhaps even add some lore to the current situation involving the likes of Shanks and Loki.

In that regard, Urouge hails from Birka, one of the sky islands that were destroyed by Enel, so this could be a way to connect those two elements and perhaps even get the Straw Hats up to speed with that situation.
