One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers were expected to focus primarily on Luffy and Loki’s introductions to each other, which was chapter 1130’s closing focus. Leaked on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, chapter 1131 is indeed set to continue focusing on the pair’s fateful first meeting, which unfolds in a curious way.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers also saw the Straw Hats who were still with the Giant Warrior Pirates finally arrive at Elbaph, marking the arc’s true start for the Straw Hats. However, there also seem to be some major issues on the way for their Straw Hats, with one of their allies seemingly in danger on Elbaph.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers begin with the issue’s title Loki of the Underworld, as well as the cover story. It continues Yamato’s pilgrimage across Wano, seeing them riding Komachiyo and chasing the thief of Shimotsuki Yasuie’s sword while Otama and Speed follow. Going into the issue’s story content, it begins immediately where the last chapter ended, with Luffy celebrating that he’s finally in Elbaph.

Luffy excitedly speaks at how wondrous Elbaph is to him, with Loki trying to talk but not getting a chance and likewise becoming angry. He then lets out a powerful scream, which scares the wolves in the area. This prompts his official introduction box to appear, revealing that he has a “Special Bounty” issued by the World Government for 2.6 billion Beri. Loki then says he is the “Sun God that has been passed down in this country” while telling Luffy not to speak out of turn.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers then see Loki request to be liberated, incorrectly calling Luffy Rody in the process. Loki reveals he’s been trapped for six years, calling himself the most powerful person in Elbaph. However, he can’t break free because he’s tied to the Treasure Tree Adam, which is the kingdom of Elbaph itself. The chains on his body are also confirmed to be made of Sea Prism Stone, further restraining him.

Loki then tells Luffy that if he goes to the village above their location and finds the key to free him, he’ll crush one pirate crew for Luffy in exchange. Loki then explains that the snowy land they’re in is the Underworld and that it’s both a prison and execution ground for Giants. Those who commit crimes are forced to reside there, with no one else in Elbaph coming close due to the beasts in the forest.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers see Loki reveal that he’s been friends with the ferocious beasts of the underworld since he was a kid, saying each is the king of their own mountain. On cue, several massive beasts appear in a double spread, similar to the ones on Rusukaina Island where Luffy trained during the time-skip. There are five in total: a polar bear, a gorilla, a wolf, a snake, and a mammoth.

Other humans also come out, who seem to be Loki’s subordinates. They’re wearing gas masks that cover their face and animal skins that reek in order to protect themselves from the beasts. Luffy is nostalgic upon seeing the animals, reminiscing about Rusukaina Island likewise. Spoilers say he “subdues” all of the beasts in one panel, but don’t specify how; however, Conqueror’s Haki seems most likely.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers see Luffy jump into the gorilla’s hand, with it and the other beasts now viewing Luffy as a friend. Loki then says he hopes Luffy won’t “make them faint” like Shanks did when he came to Elbaph. Luffy then excitedly begins speaking about Shanks, ignoring the attempts of Loki and his subordinates to get the conversation back on track. However, Loki leans into this and calls Shanks a chicken in front of Luffy.

This prompts Luffy to immediately turn into his Gear 4 form and attack Loki, who narrowly dodges the punch by moving his head. He, his subordinates, and the beasts are all in shock, as Loki explains he was just joking. Loki thinks that he’ll kill Luffy first if he escapes his imprisonment. Luffy asks why Shanks was in Elbaph and if he’s still here, but Loki says he won’t tell him for free.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers then cut back to the castle bridge, where Nami’s group sees Road running after them. Running after Road is Gerd and Goldberg. Zoro wants to cut them all down, but Usopp urges caution since they may be friends with Dorry and Brogy. The group likewise decides to head up to the village to escape the Giants, while the focus shifts to elsewhere in the Underworld.

Hajrudin and Stansen are hunting for a moose, wanting to prepare it as food for the Straw Hats’ arrival. A brief recap panel about the Dressrosa Arc and Hajrudin’s New Giant Warrior Pirates appears as the pair carry the moose and head back to civilization. The focus then shifts to the Giant Warrior Pirates’ ship, where they’re in the area of Elbaph.

One Piece chapter 1131 spoilers then see Brook cutting Robin’s hair to give her bangs back, which she does so Jaguar D. Saul recognizes her in their imminent reunion. The other Straw Hats are fawning over how emotional their reunion will be as they reach Elbaph in the issue’s final page. They’re excited to arrive, but the focus shifts to elsewhere in Elbaph, where someone is shouting about how Jaguar D. Saul has suddenly collapsed and become unresponsive as the issue ends.
