One Piece chapter 1134 was released on December 22, 2024, and the chapter saw the Straw Hat Pirates explore the island of dreams after the reunion between Robin and Saul. Moreover, the chapter also saw two mysterious characters, presumably Holy Knights, invade the island and focus on Loki talking about revenge against someone.
The latter might hint that Loki didn't kill his father, and the one pulling the strings from the shadows might be the World Government. The World Government might have killed King Harald, and their current infiltrating might be to kill the King's son, Loki. This might see Loki taking revenge on the World Government who killed his father and tie both of them to the Norse mythology's Ragnarok.

One Piece chapter 1134: Exploring why Loki isn't the one who killed King Harald
One Piece chapter 1134 saw a focus on Loki in the Dead Realm (the lowest section of the Yggdrasil Tree), where the accursed prince was talking to a mysterious character named Mousa. Moreover, the talk between these two involved sparing who might return to take revenge against them.
Surprisingly, after their conversation, the chapter shifted to the invaders of Elbaph, the two mysterious characters that might be Holy Knights. This hinted that the events in One Piece chapter 1134 might be a reputation of the past where the Holy Knights appeared to do something.
This 'something' might be to kill King Harald, the previous ruler of Elbaph Island. He might have plotted to expand the reign of his island to other islands, but the World Government couldn't see this happening. So, in the past, the Holy Knights infiltrated Elbaph Island to kill its rulers so that Elbaph Island wouldn't go beyond its borders.
This might mean Loki is the one who is innocent and only got the 'legendary' devil fruit from his father to take revenge against the World Government. The mysterious character named Mousa might be an ally of the accursed prince who might have tried to stop the Holy Knights from escaping, but they fled anyway, which led to the events of the One Piece chapter 1134.
The Holy Knights have returned to Elbaph to tie loose ends (kill Loki) and trigger Ragnarok. This also has mythological importance as in Norse mythology, Heimdall is fated to kill Loki, and this mythological character is the guardian of Asgard (similar to how the Holy Knights are the strongest guards of the World Government).
Loki's revenge could be to destroy the top part of the world, Mary Geoise, and this might be an additional factor for the Holy Knights to kill Loki. So, a battle between the accursed prince of Elbaph and the Holy Knights might take place in the future, which would trigger the start of Ragnarok.
Analysis and final thoughts
Loki's tone of voice while stating the murder of his father heavily hints that the accursed prince killed King Harald. However, due to no evidence, believing this might be too far-fetched. There might be more King Harald than what meets the eye and the theory explained a good possibility that might take place in the future.
