One Piece chapter 1134 began with Luffy thanking Saul for his role in Robin’s life in the same manner Jinbe reintroduced himself in the Wano Arc. Saul then commends Luffy’s status as a Yonko, before Vegapunk Lilith introduces herself as Vegapunk.

Lilith then reveals she has a perfect clone of Stella, which can be revived once she builds a new lab on Elbaph. Bonney asks if this will let Lilith try to return Kuma to normal too, which she confirms.

The Giant who first told them all of Saul’s “condition” is then introduced as Ange, a librarian, and Saul’s assistant. She reveals that they run Elbaph’s top school and library, as the kids they teach call out and ask if they can play again now that Saul’s bit is done.

Saul then takes Robin, Chopper, Lilith, and Bonney to the Owl Library, while the others are shown the school. This leads to the reveal that Elbaph’s culture has moved away from its reputation in recent years.

Ripley, the school’s biology teacher, calls the warmongering era of Elbaph a bygone era, before asking Luffy about his Gear 5 form. Focus then shifts to the Owl Library, which is where all of Ohara’s books have been stored and gigantified.

The focus then moves once more to Loki, who is speaking to someone named Mosa, before shifting a final time to Dorry and Brogy’s village, where two hooded figures, one of whom seems to be Shanks, arrive via magic circle.

One Piece chapter 1135 will likely begin with a focus on “Shanks,” finally answering the long-standing question of exactly who met with the Gorosei during the Reverie Arc. More likely than not, this Shanks look-alike will be introduced as Garling Figarland’s son, Shanks’ twin brother, and the new Holy Knights leader following Garling’s promotion.

“Shanks” and his ally should get a majority of the opening focus of the issue, with the focus then returning to Loki as well, to further explain who he’s speaking with. The issue will likely then end by focusing on the Straw Hats, likely seeing their stronger members sense the arrival of powerful foes in the final panels.
