However, it’s unclear if Netflix will continue streaming the series’ latest and greatest entries past the conclusion of the Egghead arc at the time of this article’s writing.

One Piece Episode 1111 began with a focus on the Marine ships heading to Egghead, on which were Admiral Kizaru and Gorosei member Saint Jaygarcia Saturn. The focus then shifted to the Labo-Phase, where Stussy informed Sentomaru of the World Government’s plan to kill Dr. Vegapunk. The Marines were also coming with a war-like force, as Dr. Vegapunk had the technology to fight back against them and become a serious threat.

The focus then shifted to Franky’s group, where S-Snake stomped on Pyhtagoras’ head and seemingly killed him. Sanji meanwhile, prepared to battle S-Shark as he shielded Nami from the Seraphim’s punch. Focus then shifted to Luffy and co, who were struggling against their enemies as they never turned off the flames on their backs. S-Hawk then retreated, prompting Kaku and Zoro to give chase while Luffy and Lucci handled S-Bear.

The narrator then explained that these ongoing events would lead to the Egghead Incident, whose roots can be traced back to three months ago. Here, the Gorosei were seen receiving a call about Dr. Vegapunk’s Void Century research. The Gorosei made a deal with this caller and decided to eliminate Dr. Vegapunk. The episode ended with a return to the present, where Vegapunk York revealed herself as the traitor and said that she’d become a Celestial Dragon.

With the reveal of York’s betrayal not being given much additional context, One Piece Episode 1112 should open up with a focus on York as she provides this context to Dr. Vegapunk. Fans can also expect to learn more about her Celestial Dragon comment, which will likely be revealed as part of the deal she made with the Gorosei when presumably calling them three months prior.

Episode 1112 should also give a significant update on the other Straw Hats’ battles against the Seraphim before focusing on any other events going on in the arc thus far. Likewise, with a recent preview seemingly confirming that the series is returning to Elbaf at some point in the next episode, fans are excited to see what’s in store for them.
