With Netflix streaming the Egghead arc as it releases in Japan, either of the above two platforms will allow fans to see the newest episode. However, it’s unclear if Netflix will continue streaming the series’ latest and greatest entries past the conclusion of the Egghead arc at the time of this article’s writing.

One Piece episode 1113 began with a focus on Hachinosu Island, where Perona was offering to free Koby from his cell if he rescued Gecko Moria. Koby took the deal, with word of his escape and that of others spreading across the island.

Pizarro and other members of Blackbeard’s crew sprung into action, warning not to injure the escapees since it would anger Teech. Pizarro also said he couldn’t act because his fights tend to lead to plenty of destruction, which would also upset Teech.

The slaves Koby escaped with were then seen urging him to flee and leave them behind, but instead, Koby intended to serve as bait to allow them to escape. This prompted a flashback that saw Blackbeard say he intended to use Koby as a bargaining chip to get Hachinosu as a World Government-affiliated nation. However, Koby and Kuzan confirmed that because he’s a member of SWORD, they’re more likely to abandon Koby.

Blackbeard questioned this, saying that while Koby may technically be eligible for abandonment by the World Government, he is a public hero after all. The flashback ended with Blackbeard asserting that they’ll negotiate as an attack began on Hachinosu in the present. This was revealed to be the SWORD group, with Kujaku, Tashigi, and Monkey D. Garp seen preparing to rescue Koby as the episode ended.

With the fight for Koby set to begin, One Piece episode 1114 will likely open with SWORD’s full forces making landfall on Hachinosu Island, including Garp himself. Garp will likely begin targeting the officers of the Blackbeard Pirates immediately, leaving the lower-ranked and presumably less powerful SWORD members to deal with the general riff-raff. Koby will likely recognize their presence quickly, and begin adjusting his plan to account for it.

Likewise, episode 1114 will likely focus on introducing the new members of SWORD and their abilities rather than showing Garp duking it out with the Blackbeard Pirates officers. While this should be a focus at the episode’s end, it’ll likely be used as a setup for the subsequent installment. In turn, fans will likely see Garp confronted by Kuzan to set up an all-out fight between them in episode 1115.
