One Piece episode 1105 was released on May 19, 2024. The episode continued the pursuit of CP-0 towards Vegapunk as Stussy rendered Lucci and Kaku motionless using her mysterious powers.

The episode also saw a battle between the Seraphim and Vegapunk satellites as Vegapunk Edison stopped the Seraphim from rampaging Egghead Island.

Moreover, the chapter showcased Spinhx island which had just recovered from the visit of the World Government and was saved by Edward Weevil.

Episode 1105 was titled A Beautiful Act of Treason! The Spy, Stussy! The episode commenced where it left in the previous one as Stussy rendered Lucci and Kaku motionless which turned Zoro against her. She assured him that she had no intention of hurting the Straw Hat Pirates.

She called Vegapunk Shaka after this, assuring him that she had captured Lucci and Kaku. But she couldn't overwrite the role Lucci assigned to the Seraphim as she didn't outrank him in the control list.

Shaka assured her that Lilith and Edison were on their way to deal with this. As soon as they arrived, Lilith called out the Seraphim and was attacked by S-Hawk. Fortunately, Zoro arrived in time and saved her.

Edison also arrived in time and ordered them to stop, but S-Shark had already attacked him with a power blast. This blast destroyed a part of the building, which caused Lilith to fall.

Franky arrived in time and saved Lilith, but she was worried about Edison. Fortunately, Edison was saved by Sanji who also made a surprise entry.

On Sphinx Island, Marco was being addressed about the arrival of Marines by the locals. They told him about how they were saved by Weevil. Buckingham Stussy was also present as she ordered Marco to save her child. The episode ended with the reveal of Saint Saturn on his way to Egghead Island.

According to One Piece fans, the scene where Sanji saved Edison was depicted as slow as Sanji could be seen jumping from the blast site and then landing on the ground with Edison.

The majority of the fandom argued over how Toei Animation, the studio of One Piece, was against the strength of Sanji and would never depict him as a strong character. They also argued that where Zoro was shown so fast against S-hawk, Sanji was shown so slow, indicating that the Toei Animation could have something against Sanji.

"Was expecting better from this scene. It was superior in the manga," a fan said.
"Another sanji scene fumbled. toei gotta have a anti sanji agenda cause this is becoming a joke," another fan said.
"This got to be sometype of hate towards sanji seriously what is Toei doing. No hate towards zoro but they animate him vs s-hawk with speed feats shown but for sanji it just a looks as if he was using the boots. From my pov though," another one argued.

Moreover, some fans supported their argument by mentioning the same scene from the manga. According to the fans, in the manga, after Sanji saved Edison and landed near Zoro, the latter showed a confused reaction to the cook's speed.

Fans argued that this was what the studio missed and thus stated that the animation studio didn't like the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates.

"Why did Toei remove Zoro’s confused reaction to Sanji’s speed??" a fan said
"This was not in the manga Sanji appeared next to zoro who was schocked because of sanjis feat," another fan said
"Toei fumbling a sanji moment yet again, nothing new," another fan said
