One Piece chapter 1118 is set to be released on June 24, 2024, but the spoilers for the same have already been unveiled, and fans saw Vegapunk's stream return for a brief moment. Unfortunately, it didn't reveal anything that could give fans any leads about the mysteries of the Grand Line.

The chapter also showcased the Five Elders now going after the remaining Vegapunk satellites after stopping the stream by impaling the Iron Giant. Moreover, Bonney also managed to copy Nika's proper form, as she now believed in a future where Nika existed.

However, the most annoying part of the chapter was that Vegapunk's message returned for a brief second, which was the continuation of the talk before his stream got cut off. Nevertheless, as expected, it didn't reveal anything that could give fans a hint, and the fandom is not happy.

According to the spoilers of One Piece chapter 1118, the chapter commenced with showcasing some reactions from some parts of the Grand Line, even though Vegapunk's stream ended in the previous chapter. After this, the focus shifted toward the Gorosei, who were after the remaining Vegapunk satellites (Atlas and Lilith).

On the other hand, Saint Marcus was attacking the ships of the Giants that were on their way towards Elbaf Island and were hardly keeping their ground.

Luffy again transformed into Gear 5, as his form has worn out after fighting Saint Warcury. But this time, he encouraged Bonney to do the same, and she perfectly transformed into Gear 5 using her devil fruit.

Lastly, to some fans' surprise, Vegapunk's stream resumed for a few seconds, which revealed the continuation of his sentence when his stream was cut off. But it was just to build suspense and reveal nothing special, which made the fandom angry. The brief continuation of Vegapunk's stream stated:

"The name is....."

During the chapters where Vegapunk continued telling the Grand Line about the truth of the world, the information he revealed got little with each passing chapter. This was why one fan complained that Vegapunk's message was the same as the previous episode because it didn't reveal much.

On the other hand, one fan complained that the next episode would also feature Vegapunk's message and be interrupted, just like before.

"If yall haven't read chapter 1117....DO NOT WORRY cuz chapter 1118 is the exact same," a fan said.
"That name is” broadcast is gonna be interrupted again somehow. Vegapunk needs to stop spoiling the story," another fan said.
"Back to square one," another one said.

Fans were also annoyed that the focus of each episode is also turning towards showing reactions from all around the Grand Line when the focus should be completely on Vegapunk's message. One fan even claimed that he had to wait 10 minutes before Vegapunk's message started, and now they are again forced to wait for more reveals.

Lastly, one fan broke down the current situation and stated that it is good that Vegapunk is not revealing much, as this is what the final saga should be about. The fan even claimed that the final saga would span for at least four years, and to span this long, Oda has to think before revealing mysteries.

"When oda showed random character reactions for the 5th time straight," a fan said.
"And oda made us wait 10 min before the broadcast started," another fan sighed.
"We are not meant to know all the message right now lol... its called storytelling and we only get bits of it every time and then...peope saying this is the final saga...sure!...its oda buddy, this final saga will take at minimum 4 years to get into the final climax," another one said.

Final thoughts

It is a common belief in the One Piece fandom that if you accurately theorize about an upcoming event of the series, it means that you spoiled yourself way ahead of time. Although the current situation is not the same as this, fans seem to not like Vegapunk's stream returning just to build more suspense.

As indicated by Rayleigh's reaction to Vegapunk's stream, the ending of Vegapunk's message could be a good thing for the young buds of pirates, as they need to unfold the mysteries of the Grand Line by themselves instead of relieving on hints from someone else.
