JoyBoy of One Piece was finally given some lore reveal during Vegapunk's speech as the historical figure was present during the Void Century, and his demise led to the end of this century. However, despite receiving such a big background reveal, JoyBoy's real life was still left in the shadows. However, the fandom speculated a name that fit the historical figure's personality.
The name is Claíomh D Bink, and it comes from the song Binks' Sake and the archeologist of Ohara, Clou D Clover (also referred to as Claíomh D Clover). Where the song could be a direct hint towards the historical figure, the reference to the archeologist's being a sword whose meaning translates to 'source of light,' meaning that this name could be JoyBoy's real name.

One Piece: Exploring the real name of JoyBoy
JoyBoy is the first pirate of the Grand Line who lived during the Void Century in the Ancient Kingdom. He also ate the Human-Human devil fruit (Model: Nika) before Monkey D Luffy. This historical personality went against the First Twenty in the Void Century War and died, which led to the end of the Void Century.
All of this was revealed during Vegapunk's speech during the Egghead arc of One Piece, but the speech didn't reveal the real name of the historical personality. However, the name of this historical personality could be speculated through the hints One Piece has given out.
First, JoyBoy would have the 'D' initial because he possesses all the properties that the clan members have shown. For the rest of his name, let's look at some hints given in the series regarding the historical figure.
Binks' Sake is one of the most popular songs in the series, and Pirates of the Grand Line sings it. However, the song has an unknown origin and is speculated to indicate some key aspects of the series's lore. The lines of the song which are of key importance in this case could be:
"Somewhere in the endless sky, a storm has started coming by! Waves are dancing having fun, it's time to sound the drums! If we let blow winds of fear then the end of us is near. Even so, tomor-row the sun will rise again!"
As seen in the officially translated lyrics of the song, the lines "a storm has started coming" and "If we let blow winds of fear the end of us is near" could be the indication of JoyBoy's demise after the First Twenty started playing their pieces and took over the Ancient Kingdom.
The line of this passage hints at the birth of the second coming of JoyBoy, which was Monkey D Luffy with his Gear 5 awakening. So, one part of JoyBoy's name could have the word 'Bink' in it because Sake is just the general term used for Japanese alcoholic beverages.
The other hint towards JoyBoy could be the late archeologist Clou D Clover. His alternative name (Claíomh D Clover) refers to the Claíomh Solais of the Irish folktale.
Claíomh Solais can also be read as the Sword of the Light and JoyBoy, embodying the Sun God through his devil fruit, perfectly fits this reference. So, the real name of JoyBoy could be Claíomh D Binks as Claíomh is already described as a first name in the series, making Binks his real name.
Analysis and final thoughts
Even though Binks comes out as an amazing name for the historical figure, with proper backing up from the song, declaring the name of one of the most important figures in the series over such a short discussion would be too immature.
Moreover, there is also the issue of the archeologist's real name not having 'Claíomh' but instead having 'Clou.' However, in Japanese, Claíomh translates to クラウ, which translates to 'Karau' which is very similar to 'Clou.' So, where the theory is correct, lore-wise, it is just not enough to prove its point.
