With Luffy having come face to face with Prince Loki of Elbaph in the previous installment, One Piece fans are expecting chapter 1131’s main focus to open up on the pair’s conversation. Likewise, fans are desperate for any and all information they can get ahead of the issue’s official release on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 12 a.m. Japanese Standard Time.

Unfortunately, One Piece chapter 1131 has no verifiable spoilers as of this article’s writing. While the series has a regular spoiler process, there’s never any guarantee that such leaks will come week-to-week. That's especially true in light of recent anti-manga piracy efforts in Japan which have cast even more doubt than previously existed.

However, spoilers aren’t needed to narrow down the most likely routes that One Piece chapter 1131 will take based on what fans currently know. More likely than not, Luffy’s interaction with Loki will see him make his biggest mistake yet in the series, freeing the fearsome warrior without considering the possible consequences.

One Piece chapter 1131 likely to see Luffy free Loki from his current prison

One Piece chapter 1131 will likely open up with Luffy and Loki continuing to speak, with Luffy likely to ask Loki why he wants to destroy the world. It’s unlikely that Loki will provide a specific answer to Luffy. However, he should go on a rant about Elbaph and its principles, which will at least give fans some insight into his actions. A general reveal of his philosophy is also likely to be given here, further characterizing the apparent antagonist.

Luffy will likely agree amicably before trying to steer the conversation in another direction, solely for his own interest rather than any ulterior motive. Likewise, Luffy is likely to ask about finding something like food or a place to rest, prompting Loki to say he could help Luffy find these things if he frees him from his chains. He’s likely to hesitate at first given Loki’s previous ramblings, a point which he’ll likely raise with the disgraced crown prince.

One Piece chapter 1131 should see Loki try and argue the benefits of freeing him in response, which Luffy will likely ignore. However, this should prompt Luffy’s stomach to hilariously rumble, prompting him to free Loki out of a desire to eat. This should also give some context to how large Yggdrasil is, with Luffy likely to race around the chains looking for the lock that binds them. Once finding it, he’s likely to destroy it and free Loki without a second thought.

It should prompt a shift in focus elsewhere in Elbaph, likely focusing on Hajrudin considering the reveal that he's also one of the nation’s princes. Hajrudin will likely be alerted of Loki’s freedom somehow, either by Observation Haki or otherwise, and immediately begin moving to take action against him. It’s likely that this will be followed up by a scene focusing on Loki’s allies, who’ve also noticed his freedom and celebrate it while racing to him.

The focus should then return to Luffy and Loki, where fans will see the Giant stand and celebrate his freedom. Luffy will likely ask Loki about where to find food, to which he should say he lied so he could be freed by Luffy. The issue will likely end with Loki saying it’s been a while since he stretched his legs, and wanting to fight Luffy to warm up and loosen up his muscles.
